When i click advance to next week in ufc 4 it doesn’t load anything

when i click on advanced to next week in ufc 4 carrer it doesn’t load anything

    @aidan10608 

    Do you have anything plugged into the console's USB drives that you can try removing?

    I recommend a power cycle with the console if you haven't done that recently. Let me know if that helps!

    How to power cycle your Xbox console:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    1. Plug the console power cable back in.
    2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    How to power cycle your PS4/5 console

    1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
    2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

    @EA_Blueberry I’ve done this about two times already, i’ve deleted and re downloaded the game and still not sure how to fix it

    @EA_Blueberry yes, every time i press “go to next week” in career mode, nothing loads up besides my character and can’t press on anything. been happening for about a day now
