When I try to launch the game the hub opens and only shows a loading bar

It happens at the start when I open the game and when I try to change my character so I have to turn off my work to get by it but without it loading I don’t get any of my in game purchases, I own the game off of someone else this is what it shows

    I also haven’t signed into EA yet on the game but the sign in screen is not popping up
