When i try to play ufc 4 it says i cant login for some reason

Question

When I try to play ufc 4 it won't let me play because it says I can't login with my ea account. It doesn't allow me to sign out or make any changes to account login information or anything.&nbsp; It tells me to go to the ea unable to connect site and I did. Yet I can't find an answer to why I can't play using my account. Is it because I haven't used this account for an extended amount of time?&nbsp;
