Why am I ineligible for EA Sports UFC 2 Beta?

I thought the only requirement was to be in North America? I'm in Canada, so what is making me ineligible?

    I double-checked for you why you were being told you aren't eligible; if you get the message that you are ineligible when you do meet the criteria, it is most likely because you are already registered for the beta. Please do note that being registered does not mean that you're guaranteed to get a code. A set amount of players will be chosen at random.

    Like I mentioned in my other reply as well, please make sure that you have UFC registered on the account you want to register with.

    Final: we do not have the ability to grant codes. Any other questions? Please let me know.

You will only be eligible if you got an invite. If you did get an invite but it doesn't work, please contact a Game Advisor. 

(Don't contact them if you didn't get the invite, they will not be able to assist).

I have an invite and all necessary accounts and it says I am ineligible as well for the EA UFC 2 beta version, and when I go to contact help it just says I can email or call but gives me no email address to contact you guys.
