Why didnt i get my ufc 3 champion edition content when i redeemed my code

Please help I put the code in when I went to see my rewards it didnt let me choose a champion like the offer stated who do I contact about this I paid 80 for the extras on the champions edition and got screwed please help point me in the right direction
