    If you used up all 10 hours, you'll need to wait until the game releases to keep playing. The full game isn't available with EA Access currently.

Do you have an EA Access subscription? What happens when you try to download it through EA Access?

@EA_Aljo Yes I have an EA access subscription I have done for a number of ears and when i try to download it from the app it says download failed then redirects me to the app store where i can install the trial

    Is installing the trial from the store working? That usually is a good alternative when there's difficulties with downloading it through the EA Access app.

      @EA_Aljo Yeah that’s what i’ve had to do since it’s not letting me download from the app it redirects me to the store where i have to download the trial but when it does download it says ‘you don’t own this game or app’

        Try going to the online store here. Do you see the option to download the trial? Also, I'm about to head out for the day and won't be back until Monday. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll look into this for you.
