Why does AI cheat so much

Playing thru ufc 2 the AI seems to be invincible, even on beginner at times the cpu seems to recover too quick or easily then annihilate you out of nowhere, very frustrating as beginner shouldn't be that challenging. Please please make an update for ps4 or at least an AI tweak takes the fun out of the game

The AI is completely broken. Even at beginner, they're doing impossible combos that a human being would not be able to do. The AI also ignores about 40% of the blocks I make and the shots I take on them. I could parry their attack and get rocked because they just ignore my counter-attack and follow up with a ridiculous 6-strike combo. Even if I'm successful in my counter-attacks, it takes hours to wear them down when all they do is throw a few good body shots and then drop me with a quick jab or two to the head.
