PLEASE help i really want to make a game face thank you and god bless in advance

From what I have gathered doing google searches for "EA Gameface Redirect" there seems to be a good amount of players that can't access this feature. Where is the attention that needs to be given to this issue from the EA techs? Your company could potentially lose money on products because of the lack of attention that you're giving your fanbase for a feature that EA provides. I, like many would like an admin to give this attention to the right people so this can get fixed. This has been over a week and still the same issues is not acceptable by any means. I wonder if this were the Sims if any greater attention would be given..

They don't have an answer. Every post they just link you to the troubleshooting tips that have nothing to do with this issue. An absolute joke. Well done EA.

What is going on? Why does this take a really long time to fix? I'm really pissed at EA right now! I just bought their UFC game, and when I came home, I was hoping to import my Gameface into the game, but it's been like 4 days since I am trying to access the thing, but I keep getting redirected.

You knew those steps didn't work when you put it out here. The best thing to do is to just say we don't know the cause of the issue or the resolution. Put that on your website so people can quit wasting their time if the pages aren't available yet. Geezzzz. I even created a new account....been attempting to login for a couple of weeks now.

thank you for the reply i have followed the instructions over n over even from before ive posted this.
my problem is once ive signed in to my account on ea sports it takes me back to the homepage and once i go to services and click on gameface it just takes me back to the ea hompage again and again. please help me thank you

nope still the same problem. i dont understand why they dont fix this problem. i guess no ea sports games for me next time

The links you provided do not address this issue at all, the issue is that we cannot access the player hub or game face at all. When you try to click the link it just refreshes the home page. I have tried numerous times to delete cookies and clear my cache and nothing has changed. When will this issue be fixed?

I got off the phone with them while the tech just obviously searched the forums and tried all the basics covered here. She was curtious atleast and could form a coherent thought.

Basically said the issue has been flagged by their tech side and are investigating. So, there you go.
