why does ea sports always redirect me to home page???

PLEASE help i really want to make a game face thank you and god bless in advance

I apologise for the frustration caused by the easports.com site as it is a bit tricky to get into Game Face currently.

These steps, convoluted as they are have gotten me to the point where I can edit my GF:

  1. Clear browser cache and cookies
  2. Go to easports.com and click sign in
  3. Click Services, Game Face and click sign in again
  4. Click Services, Game Face again
  5. Click on your account name
  6. Go To Game Face Profile, Edit your Game Face

During step 4. It redirects back to the homepage. don't ever get a chance to see my username on the game face page. Does not work.
