why does ea sports always redirect me to home page???
PLEASE help i really want to make a game face thank you and god bless in advance

Community ManagerI apologise for the frustration caused by the easports.com site as it is a bit tricky to get into Game Face currently.
These steps, convoluted as they are have gotten me to the point where I can edit my GF:
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Go to easports.com and click sign in
- Click Services, Game Face and click sign in again
- Click Services, Game Face again
- Click on your account name
- Go To Game Face Profile, Edit your Game Face
i appreciate the effort on trying to help us. but it still not working i ve done what youve told us to do step by step. but still the same problem with the redirecting me to the homepage. by the time ive signed in twice and go service and click game face it takes me back to the homepage. please provide us with the solution i believe in the EA sports team if you guys can make great games i know you guys could do better on the website or better yet try making an app for the kinect or ps4 camera to just do it from there😕mileywink: i thank you guys again and please HELP.... god bless
I found another way around this:
- Login through www.easports.com/gameface
- The site will return you to www.easports.com
- If you manually go back to www.easports.com/gameface everything is good.

Can anyone confirm successfully using the steps in the above post by dkavedk?
nope the solution above does not work for me also still the same problem
