What is going on? Why does this take a really long time to fix? I'm really pissed at EA right now! I just bought their UFC game, and when I came home, I was hoping to import my Gameface into the game, but it's been like 4 days since I am trying to access the thing, but I keep getting redirected.

I bought this game as well and was looking forward to using Gameface because this is a pretty cool feature from EA. From the posts that I have read, this has gone on for almost a week without a fix. This seems like a script error on the site that should take no where near a week to fix. I'm pretty surprised by how poor the support has been for a situation like this with many users wanting to use this feature.
- Bought this game yesterday was pumped to see my face on a fighter. .... not happening apparently. EA is terrible for letting this go on for this long without so much as a disclaimer on their home screen that services are down. When xbox live goes down its immediately posted online and fixed stat!
any one from EA IT dept. wanna chime in here ??? starting to feel like chopped liver here
