why does ea sports always redirect me to home page???

We just pushed an update to the website, can you please try once more?

You should now be able to just directly visit www.easports.com/gameface and log in from there with your Origin account. 

Any confirmation whether it works or not would be great. We will be reaching out to those individual users that are still experiencing issues post our website update.

 It works fine now, yet I have another issue. Every time I try to install GameFaceBrowserPluginInstaller.1.8.0.0.exe  it says: Close Firefox... It is shut, I can clearly see in tasks tab in ctrl+alt+del that there is no Firefox process. I know it sounds like completly off topic but maybe its related to recent login problems. I'm getting tired with this.


EDIT: Just before you ask, yes I tried to restart my pc and then install, same result.

Are you running the file as administrator?

EDIT: OK its done already but i had to run my Win7 in... Safe Mode? (I mean mode when Windows loads only necessary drivers) I'm sorry I don't have english version of Windows so I'm not sure if I called it properly. My God, computers can be strange and annoying sometimes. If I manage to upload my ugly face to the game I will post that everything went smooth.


EDIT 2: I nearly done it... nearly. This time I can't click "Generate My Game Face" nor set Skin Tone at final step. Any ideas? I already tried with different browser, disabling antivirus at Windows start, before opening browser. I even tried safe mode, but it won't load Game Face..


EDIT 3: Worked on Chrome version 35.0.1916.153 m, importing to the game succeed. It works. Cool thing but it still needs some serious work  I also wish I could add some more faces, like friends maybe
