Why does ''player hub is no longer aviable'' for the ea sports world?

Hi, I have created a 3D game face but I need to upload photos to create a boxer whith my face (fight night round champion), when I try to upload a photo, ea sports sends me to the main page again and...

Do you have your PSN ID linked the your EA account?

If not, the steps required can be found here: https://help.ea.com/article/linking-your-gamertag-psn-id-or-ea-classic-screen-name

You may be having trouble importing your XBox Live Gamertag or Playstation Network info if it is linked to an account other than your main EA account.

I know this is over two years running, but I recently purchased Fight Night: Champion, and I'm having the same problem. My question is, Is Fight Night: Champion even compatible with the new Game Face?
