Which platform do you play on, Xbox?
Do you have a custom Xbox profile picture? If so, change it to a default version and that should fix this.
If you are getting a message your account is invalid, try changing your password one more time to see if that helps push through a fix. If not, we'll need you to contact our Support team so they're able to pull up your account to see what's the blocker here.
I'm sorry for the trouble you're having, I understand it's not what you're looking forward to after purchasing a game.
For Lesnar, even though you purchased it from the store that will not automatically install the content. Make sure it's not put in the installation queue waiting to be installed.EA Help on Twitter
