Does this solution fix it for you? No. I have completed campaign stage1chapter1〜6, stage2 chapter 1〜6and stage3 chapter 1〜6 (not 100%). So this says complete stage 1&2. Then my problem is bug.

We do not have a specific time-frame to share. The team is looking to address it as quickly as possible though. Thanks Blueberry. I've already contacted about this problem through live chat for three weeks. Then they said same thing as you said. So I've been worried about this problem.
