“Missing content”

Hello, I purchased the Ultimate Battlepass+ in Apex Legends. I reached level 28. However, the two Alter skins given at level 10 are missing. I've acquired all other items. But the legendary Alter skins I really want are not showing up. What can I do about this? I logged in and out of my account. I play the game on the Steam platform. I restarted the game.
