Can't purchase Phasewalker skin because I already own a core item
Hello. I wanted to purchase the Phasewalker skin for Wraith. However, I'm unable to do so. I get the "you already own a core item" message. I only own the Voidwalker skin, including the animation, so I suppose that's the reason why I get this error. It's a tad bit unreasonable, do I really need to open god knows how many packs in hopes of getting the skin I want? Yesterday I finished 6th Anniversary prize tracker, but didn't receive (can't equip) last two rewards: Green screen (Valkyrie skin) Fun-damentals (Universal banner) Despite check marks they are not available to equip. As an example (Screenshot_983) Wallflower (Newcastle skin) is received and available to equip. Came back today and the last rewards are still not available. I haven't played Apex in a long time, but was asked to reinstall and play with friends. Currently, the game crashes on startup, and despite trying multiple solutions found across Reddit and EA forums, nothing seems to be working. Here's a snippet of the crash logs since I can't insert the logs directly. If anybody has any solutions, please let me know. This is the only game for which this happens. This is not a new issue, it was happening last season as well, but now it has finally reached the point where I do not feel I can continue to play Apex Legends. I've played since release and have roughly 4k hours in. I currently have materials to craft a mythic, but I don't see the point as the game is unplayable now. I loved this game, will definitely miss it, and would love to play again if this is resolved. I frequently (every 5-8 games) crash to the desktop in the middle of the match. I have a fairly new machine: Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700KF, 3400 Mhz, 20 Core(s), 28 Logical Processor(s) Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32.0 GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER running 5120x1440 From what I've read from others, this can be fixed by reverting to DX11, but DX11 support has been removed.68Views2likes6Comments1 players Queue
So basically my account got false banned once and i got that banned overturned. After i got the ban overturned i tried to play apex legends and got to a issue where i always get stuck in queue with one or two players. same goes to firing range which is odd because you don't need to wait in line to play firing range right? I've had this issue since last years august and I've made over 7 tickets reporting about this issue and every single one ticket was either ignored or didn't solve my issue. The oldest post i made about this issue was 6 months ago, and during those 6 months I've made countless tickets and chats with advisors seeing if they can fix my issue and nothing. I don't think they understand that its the issue with my account and not with my game or internet but they just dont get it. I hope that one day someone will actually put effort and time into fixing the issue i'm having and not relying on the most basic fixes that can be found in the help section and instead fixing the issue with a new solution. I will disconnect from games, and on the main menu hit "Reconnect", I am unable to reconnect to my match. On top of that when I get back to the lobby I get a 10 minute penalty for not reconnecting to my match. The feature to reconnect to a game does not work (for me) and I get a 10 minute penalty because it doesn't.4Views0likes0Comments
