Movement ability bind desactivating when using Newcastle
When using Newcastle the movement ability bind doesnt work anymore at some point in the match, I have to restart the whole game for it to work again, i have it binded to a side mouse click and Lalt and i use it to mantle boost, it happened on season 30 and now in 31 aswell
Game crashes to desktop on mode change after patch RX 7800 XT
The game crashes directly to the desktop without any error message or crash report after the latest update. Browsing the main menu works fine, but the crash happens instantly whenever I attempt to change the game mode or start queuing for a match. I am playing on Steam with an AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT. I have already verified game files, cleared shader caches, and reinstalled EAC, but the issue persists. Please look into a hotfix.
Crypto recall bug: Turned feature?
Hey Respawn Devs, first off ty for the years of work! There is a small bug with Cryptos drone associated with the Drone Heal Tech (skill ceiling hidden tech, I love; got to show ALGS Caster Dia the tech after bugging into range seasons ago by chance!) . With the new timing window if you input the heal to quickly before the drone enter screen wipe, the drone recall feature no longer works. The only way to reset it is to pull out and renter the drone to then recall it. I personally found the bug an interesting way to penalize failed tech input and thought that it could potentially add an extra layer of skill to the game, wonder how you guys feel (ideas?). Apex Legends (Steam) closes 20-40 seconds after launch: black screen, then straight back to the desktop. No error dialog, no crash dialog, no crash dump. Event Viewer (EA Javelin Anticheat, Event ID 1000): "The game r5apex_dx12.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xE0AC0001" - confirmed independently with an ETW kernel trace. It also occasionally logs "Failed retrieving service path." The same failure reproduces on a second, unrelated PC, so it is not specific to my hardware. My account has no violations. Already tried with no effect: Steam file verification, clean EA Anti-Cheat uninstall/reinstall (official installer, --noui --uninstall/--install --read-cfg), clearing EAAC caches, rolling back Windows update KB5127648, disabling Riot Vanguard, closing Afterburner/RTSS, uninstalling the Npcap packet driver, removing Process Monitor, testing on a mobile hotspot, running Steam as administrator. Request: please check the EA Anti-Cheat session logs for my account and hardware ID (2 Nov 2026, 18:00-19:50 UTC+8), confirm whether it is blocked/flagged, and advise how to resolve it. Description I have the Gundam collab Beam Saber. After the event ended, its four colors can no longer be purchased with Exotic Shards in the Store or Armory. As a universal melee weapon, its colors should be permanently available, just like others. There was no prior notice that these would only be available for a limited time. When I had enough Exotic Shards, I found the purchase function was unavailable. Issue Color options are completely removed. I can’t unlock new colors with Exotic Shards. Whenever I try to start a ranked game, it auto sends me back to the lobby there is not error code and game crash. It just takes me right back to the lobby. I’ve verified game files, uninstalled and reinstalled, all my drivers are up to date, I’ve attempted to change data centers. How do I fix this? I occasionally get a code:taps, ive used the resources given on the support sites, nothing has worked. For the love of god can anyone please respond. Ive submitted a forum post for adivice multiple times on apex techincal issues, ive tried to contact support but i get sent to an AI that does nothing but show me the same documents and information i can find on my own. I tried to contact an agent by saying it was a Beta case, and then when the agent allegedly joined the chat they did not type/text once in 10 minutes so it got timed out for inactivity.
Apex Legends Lobby UI Soft-Lock After Backing Out of a Match
I'm experiencing a recurring menu interface bug in Apex Legends that occurs after backing out of a match. After leaving a match and returning to the main lobby, the game's user interface appears to enter an unresponsive state. The top navigation tabs (Play, Challenges, Passes, Legend Locker, and Store) become unresponsive. The match selection menu also stops working, preventing me from changing game modes or navigating the lobby. Additionally, menu text and interface elements appear to change color, with text turning completely white or displaying incorrectly. The lobby remains visible, but its interactive functionality appears to be broken. Steps to Reproduce: Launch Apex Legends and enter the lobby. Start matchmaking and enter a match. Back out of the match and return to the main lobby. Attempt to interact with the top navigation bar or change the selected game mode. Observe whether the interface becomes unresponsive. Expected Behavior: The game should return to the lobby with all interface functionality restored. Actual Behavior: The lobby loads visually, but navigation and matchmaking controls become inaccessible or unresponsive. I've attached a screenshot showing the affected lobby interface. I would appreciate an investigation into whether this is a UI state-management issue, a lobby transition bug, or an input-handling problem after leaving a match.
