Crash: sh_items.gnut #840 - Invalid settings asset (Steam & Switch)
I am reporting a severe logic error tied to my account that is preventing me from playing the game. Whenever I open an Apex Packs, the game crashes with the following script error: sh_items.gnut #840 [UI] Invalid settings asset "Something" Issue Details: On Steam (PC): The game freezes for several seconds and then throws the #840 error specifically when I click to open an Apex Pack. On Nintendo Switch: The situation is even worse. I cannot even reach the lobby. As soon as I enter the Apex main menu/title screen, the error pops up and forces the game to crash.Multiple Bugs for Crypto
1. EMP Radius expanded without "Network Expansion" Perk Description: The EMP radius is occasionally larger than intended, even when the player has NOT selected the "Network Expansion" perk. Suspected Cause: It appears that if another Crypto player in the same match selects the "Network Expansion" perk, it incorrectly applies the increased radius to other Crypto players in the lobby. Expected Result: EMP radius should only be expanded if the player has the perk equipped. 2. "Squads Nearby" on Banners stays at "0" after Respawn Description: After being respawned, when looking at Champion Banners through the drone, the number of nearby squads always displays as "0" regardless of the actual situation. Expected Result: The banners should correctly display the number of enemy squads within the 200m drone range, even after a respawn. 3. Incorrect detection via Tracker Dart through the Drone Description: When Crypto is hiding behind cover (no line of sight) within the radius of a Tracker Dart, he is not detected. However, if his Drone enters the Tracker Dart's radius, Crypto's actual position (the pilot) is revealed/pinged. Expected Result: The drone entering a detection radius should not reveal the pilot's location if the pilot is behind cover and not within the direct line of sight of the device.
Technical issue regarding lobby connectivity and Loss Forgiveness
I would like to report a technical issue regarding lobby connectivity and Loss Forgiveness, My friend is currently using a VPN (Cloudflare WARP) and is unable to successfully join our lobby. Although he is in Silver rank and I am in Gold—meaning he can solo queue—he is failing to connect to our actual match. Because he is failing to load in, our team is receiving 'Loss Forgiveness,' and we are not losing any Rank Points (RP) despite the match outcome. I wanted to report this behavior as it seems to be an exploit or a technical bug caused by the VPN connection. I believe this is occurring due to the game's DDoS protection measures

LOST PROGRESS CALCULATION Account Level Gain: Level 295 to 318 (23 Levels gained) Total Account XP: 23 levels x 18,000 XP = 414,000 XP Star Conversion: 414,000 XP / 5,000 XP per star = 82 Stars Weekly Challenges (2 sets): 150 Stars Daily Challenges (9 days): 72 Stars Pathfinder Spotlight Pass: 50 Stars Event Shop: 10 Stars Total Earned Stars: 364 Stars (Equivalent to 36.4 Battle Pass Levels) THE MATH GAP TO LEVEL 100 My Current Level: 62 Remaining Weekly Stars: 150 Stars (15 Levels) Remaining Daily Stars (18 days): 144 Stars (14.4 Levels) Potential Level without correction: 62 + 15 + 14.4 = 91.4 Deficit to reach Level 100: 8.6 Levels (86 Stars) TIME PENALTY FOR CORRECTION To make up for the 86 missing stars via raw XP (at 5,000 XP per star), I would need 430,000 additional XP. At an average of 5,000 XP per 15-minute match, this requires 86 extra matches or 21.5 hours of additional gameplay just to compensate for the tracking bug. Current Status: Stuck at Level 62 and 1/10 stars to stuck at 60 again, despite completing the Wattson challenge and the recurring 5k XP challenge. The 364 stars earned during the bug period are missing from the total.
I can't Change the Death Box Skin of Beam Saber
I am experiencing an issue where I cannot change the Death Box skin that is bound to the Beam Saber and its color variants. No matter what method I try, I simply cannot equip a custom Death Box skin. The game forces me to use the default death box, and any attempts to change it fail to apply.
Touchpad button/View button BUG
when holding down the touchpad on ps controllers or the View button on xbox controllers the chat box pops up instead of any custom bind paired to these buttons. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE THAT HAS BEEN IN THE GAME SINCE LAST SEPTEMBER. I've used the touchpad button for years to change/holster weapons with no issues until the update back in Sept 2025.
