MISSING APEX PREDATOR REWARDS SINCE MAY 2022
I’m not sure why the original post was archived and marked as solved when it’s still not solved. Myself and dozens of others finished Predator in Season 12 but received Master badges instead. EA_Mako said they were working on it, but there’s been no follow-up for over a year and no real updates. I’m making this post because: The issue is still ongoing. The original thread is archived, so nobody can post in it anymore (again, not sure why, since it’s clearly unresolved). We’ve received zero compensation and maybe one vague update per year. It’s now been three years — can we please get an update on either our correct ranked rewards or some form of compensation? In the time it took me to graduate law school, I still haven’t received my proper ranked rewards. That’s not normal. This issue has been ongoing for over four years, with the original thread dating back to 2021.
A bug with a challenge (marking 5 different enemies)
Hello EA Support, I am experiencing an issue in Apex Legends. The challenge required to unlock Ranked mode (marking 5 different enemies) is not tracking at all. The progress stays at 0, even after I clearly mark enemies during Battle Royale matches. I make sure to: Play in regular BR (Trios/Duos) Mark live enemies directly with the red “Enemy” ping Finish the match without leaving early Despite this, the challenge does not register even a single marked enemy. I have already tried restarting the game and playing multiple matches, but the issue persists. Could you please check my account and help resolve this problem? i tried the last months to play ranked with my friends who are in america i am in eu but whenever i try to match up with them but then it kicks me from the match i just get black screen with only the logo in the bottom right that its loading and sometimes the screen can't connect to match (code:tap) but whenever i solo que it never has any problems what so ever.I didn't receive my verification code
Its already 1 year i've been waited for my codes and its still didn't work into my gmail account, i was uninstalled apex and when i instal it again, this game just want me to register/log in back to my EA account and sent me a verification code but i didn't get the code until now sorry if my grammar is really bad
