PCとPS4のデータを統合させようとしたらどちらのデータもレベル1になりスキンなども全て消えてしまいました。6ヶ月経過して連携を元に戻してもデータは元に戻りませんでした。データを元に戻すことは可能ですか？

I didn't go back to level 1, but my dive trajectory disappeared.
