Heirloom Butterfly Knife for Octane disappeared
I obtained several heirloom shards approximately 4-5 years ago and used them to unlock the Butterfly Knife for Octane. I recently returned to Apex Legends and have been playing actively on PC. When I checked my Octane cosmetics, the Butterfly Knife is completely missing from my inventory. Additional Information: I have already contacted EA Support. They informed me that they can only check account history for the last 30 days, which makes it impossible for them to verify a purchase/unlock from 4-5 years ago. This is very frustrating. I spent a lot of time and Apex Packs to get those heirloom shards, and now one of the items I crafted with them is simply gone. It feels like all that effort was for nothing. Thank you.
Kept level LOST all legends and cosmetics after merge?
I originally played Apex Legends on Xbox One and had a significant number of cosmetics and items on that platform. I later moved to PlayStation 5, and both my Xbox and PlayStation accounts are linked to the same EA account. However, after cross-progression, my inventory appears to have been overwritten or merged incorrectly. I now see the same reduced inventory on both Xbox and PS5, and all of my original items from Xbox are missing. Key details: My Xbox and PlayStation accounts are currently linked to the same EA account The inventory is now identical on both platforms (missing my original Xbox items) I still have access to both platforms, My account level carried over, but my cosmetics AND LEGENDS did not HELPPP PLEASESeason 3 Apex Predator Badge and stats didnt transfer in Account Merge
I was a season 3 pred on Xbox and when I transferred my account to pc, I only got my level, cosmetics, and Predator dive trail, but no badge, and no stats from console. I dont even think i touched pc so my level was WELL under my console level. Any fix that was found over the 4 years or however long its been since Ive played this game?
