Are you ever going to fix the matchmaking problems in the game modes? There isn’t a single match where the teams are balanced. I’m just a casual player and yet in every single game I have to go up against Masters, Preds, or controller players spamming full RE45. Meanwhile, I get matched with level 8 or 10 teammates. On top of that, every game starts at a disadvantage because for some reason people queue up and then disconnect right after. So we’re stuck outnumbered against Masters and Preds — HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO PLAY FAIR LIKE THAT?? If this keeps up, I’m uninstalling this game, because it feels like everything is done to make sure I don’t enjoy it at all. Fix your AAA game. It’s like this every single day — how is that even possible? Every game is a disadvantage, what the hell is this?Apex Coins Not Received
I am pretty frustrated right now as i have purchased about 140 dollars worth of apex coins and didn't receive the 120 dollars worth. I have been going back and forth with ea for 10 days and after having tried everything there answer at the end was we cant give you your coins back. I have made the purchase on steam on this entire process has been extremely difficult and honestly i recommend nobody buy apex coins from steam since ea apparently cant do anything about it despite showing so many screenshots of email confirmations, steam purchase history and just about everything clearly showing i didn't receive my apex coins. At this point it feels like I'm being cheated and i don't know what to do. If i were to ask for a refund through steam will my account be banned even though ea said that there is nothing they can do to give me my coins that i paid for?
Cross-progression : Lost account
Hi, I completed the cross-progression to move from my PS5 to my PC by linking my PSN to my EA account. Except that when I log in, I find a blank account. My PSN account contains an advanced progression in which I have invested a lot of time and money, I would like to have help to recover my stuff and my apex legends progression. I hope that a moderator or member of the EA team can escalate my file (#219188487) and help me retrieve the correct link to my account. My two accounts are indeed linked by the same email address. You guys are allowing people to get badges in wild card game mode it shouldnt be allowed its to easy it makes the 4k and 20 grind worth nothing to people who got it in public and ranked. I feel all badge gained in wild card should be removed from accounts especially before like the christmas train game mode you couldnt gain badges like 4k and 20. Please remove people badges and remove the ability to get them in wild card it makes it to easy and the badge worth nothing it used to mean players were actually decent at the game now its like catfishing someones skill. Another thing is the badge glitch please fix that and I hope the 4k 20 in wild card is a glitch and are removed from whoever got them.
