my account has been fully reset
i have 1 736 hours in this game on ps4 and my account has been fully reset after the season 25 split. all my legends, tokens, coins and heirloom are all gone. its like i have a brand new account. I have no clue what do as i made sure my account was linked to my ea account. i did play on pc once so maybe that got merged as i did use the same ea account but does it really remove everything? i haven't played in awhile and coming back to this with my account fully reset reminds me of why i stopped playing this game in the first place. i cannot check if my pc account has everything because maybe cross progression put all my progress there but how do i get all my stuff back? ps. sorry for the bad images Product: Apex Legends Platform: PlayStation 4 Please specify your platform model. ps4 What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? lBLACKMkl Where did the issue occur? when the season 25 split launched the split launch What were you doing when the issue occurred? Recently since the update I’ve been having games where everything is going fine then unexpectedly I get packet loss/packet burst in my match that goes up and down from 1-32 packet loss throughout the rest of the match. It completely becomes unplayable. I have tried restarting the game when I have a chance and every time I do the game does not allow me to reconnect into my game and end up losing RP. It happens a lot. I have really good internet and tried everything to fix it. It seems to be a server bug or something. I’ve lost over 1k rp due to thisXbox progress gone after linking steam to EA account.
So have basically I have been using xbox for gaming since the start. I played a bunch of apex legends and had my xbox account linked with EA. I got a PC a couple years ago and decided to downlaod apex on steam using my same email linking my steam account with EA. loaded up the game and to my surprise it a new account same name but none of my progress. So I go back to my xbox and now everything form my xbox is gone and now only the "new" account remains. I need help getting my stuff back.
My account is bugged
So my account (this account) that I have used since 2016 and have mostly played apex legends and other ea games on Xbox. I recently got a gaming pc setup and can now play on pc, I tried to link my Steam account to my Xbox account so I could have all of my progress and skins and whatnot but a account that I don’t even know at all or ever had any relation to was linked to my account and when I tried to link my steam account which I have had for a long time too, it won’t let me. I have spent a lot of money and time on the Xbox account and would love to know how to fix this so I can play on pc with my Xbox account.Missing Twitch drops

I hit master rank in season 17 and have the holo spray and weapon charm but my badge is bronze I’ve redownloaded the game and refreshed it multiple times but still stuck at bronze. I cross progressed my game when in first came out and haven’t touched it since if that could also be linked to the issueaccount progress lost
a couple of years back i unliked my PlayStation account from ea and dint play apex for a couple of years now that i wanted to play the game again i hoped back on my old account where i have all my progress so i thought i come to realize that all my progress is gone i contacted support an they said it was a bug is there any was i could get my progress back?
