Items not appearing from code redemption
(THIS WAS ALSO POSTED IN TECHNICAL ISSUES) In-Game Name: vXource Hey all! So after 2 EA Customer Service reps and hours of mind-numbing and repetitive explanation, it seems they cannot assist me and now I am here. The issue is with a code I have redeemed on Microsoft/Xbox. The code is for the Founder's Bundle and was redeemed successfully. All the items, save the 2,000 Apex Coins, are showing up on my Xbox. However, when I swap to PC, either EA or Steam, the only item showing up is the badge. The legend skins & frames for Wraith/Gibraltar/Bloodhound, the legendary Hemlok Skin, and the 2,000 coins are not appearing on any other platform except for the Xbox, where all aforementioned items DO show up, except the coins. I redeemed the code on 1-27-2026 and saw the items in-game on my Xbox the following night around 7PM. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling on all platforms, verifying file integrity on all platforms, and even equipping the items on my Xbox to see if they would appear on other platforms. The latter of the 3 was what shocked me; all of the skins and frames equipped simply reverted back to the Default variant when I swap to other platforms. Then, going back to the Xbox, the items are still equipped and showing as available. It's been so frustrating trying to figure this out but I believe it has to be some odd flaw with the Cross-Progression syncing. I am more than willing to provide the redemption code and the order number from Microsoft/Xbox in order to verify the integrity of my purchase. Hopefully this gets resolved soon and someone from the Developer Team can assist me. I don't believe it to be an operator error but if so, enlighten me and educate me. Otherwise, I apologize if this is an inconvenience or was poorly explained but I did my best to simplify the issue at hand.
Link EA -> Steam bug
I’m trying to link my EA account to Steam, but I keep getting a message saying it’s already connected to the same Steam account. However, when I launch Apex through Steam, it doesn’t recognize the link and asks me to link the account again. When I do that in the Apex/EA app, I get the same error and end up stuck in a loop. I can’t access my linked account through Steam because of this. (THE EA ACCOUNT IS CURRENTLY NOT CONNECT TO ANY STEAM)
Lost my Apex Legend's Playstation Account
I wanted to transfer my Playstation progress over to my PC so I linked my PSN and EA account and in doing that, my PC progress completely took over my original account. I lost all my in-game cosmetics, stats, and hours of progress. Even when I go back to my PS5, I'm playing on the account that has nothing and I'm basically starting from scratch. Is there any way I can get my stuff back?
VANTAGE "BUG" still an issue
Unlimited Ultimate "bug" for Vantage is still an issue. I just read another discussion dated 7 months ago. Is it being worked on? Or is it like every other patch I've noticed since season 9 where all PC-related issues are prioritized over everything else? Also, I hate the fact that the audio default is the focused audio. IMO, that new focused audio makes the game audio more harder to detect compared to the original option. Please make the default option the original audio and not the focused audio. Lastly -cheats are still rampant in US Central, US West, and NE Asia Servers. It's becoming super obvious that some gamers are using cloacking cheats for their PC's to be able to play in Console only lobbies. Their reticle traces are nothing like a controller aim. Others show their reticles are at least a foot away from you but their bullets are shown homing towards you. In othe instances, reticles and bullets can be seen hitting your body and legs but the damage log is showing numerous consecutive headshots.4k badge disappeared
I recently noticed that when I logged into my account after the account cross progression, that I’m missing my 4K badge on the legend octane. I’m a little upset because I know not everyone can achieve this. I was wondering if you guys could do anything about this. I have proof that I’ve completed this milestone and was wondering why that badge So if there’s anything you guys could do to help me out to get my badge back. Please contact me back please. The batch disappeared I downloaded the Steam version of my PC for the first time in 2 years. For some reason, the data of the CS version was loaded, and the batches and data deleted in the Steam version were not reflected. I don't need the data of the CS version, so I want you to return the data of the PC version. The name of today's PC version is (the trainer of love **bleep** miscellaneous fish horse girl Fal) is the name at that time. This is today's batch and name. Please respond and redistribute the batch.
