As previously reported, the issue remains unresolved. I captured footage that includes the actions involved. I recorded the moment the ability was used and the moment the Arc Star was stuck. Hello EA Support Team, I am experiencing a critical issue with the Cross-Progression system in Apex Legends. I recently linked my Steam account to my EA account, but upon launching the game via Steam, my profile appears as level 1. I have lost all my historical progress, stats, cosmetics, and heirlooms. (I used to be level 98 and had money on the account). Both accounts are correctly linked, as evidenced by the attached screenshot. Here are my exact account details so you can trace my original data: Main EA ID (where the original progress is stored): Remisito EA Account Email: [edit: email address removed] Linked Steam Account Name: Guayo Steam64 ID: 76561198942278642 Original Platform previously used: Origin - EA I am aware that Apex Legends progress is strictly tied to the EA account. It appears the system mistakenly generated a brand-new profile instead of fetching the existing data from my Remisito account. I kindly request your assistance to force the correct synchronization of my original data over to Steam, or to restore my account to its proper state. ...Since transferring to PC, there are rank badges that haven’t been properly reflected. Even though the Predator rank from Season 11 is correctly shown in match results, for some reason it’s changed to a Master badge… I could use the Season 11 Arena Predator badge before transferring, but now for some reason it shows as Master. Also, none of the Season 11 battle pass skins are showing… I really hope this can be fixed. (only in Season 11)Ranked Matchmaking Bug
There's this really bad bug in Ranked matchmaking where you only play against 3 stack teams. I dont understand what the major back end issue is, but it surely makes playing the game challenging. I wonder if there is a way to improve matchmaking where if you queue solo and you dont have to play against kids who dont take showers that would be awesome.Apex legends missing level and content
I have been a player since season 1, since the release of the game. I have been playing with my friend steadily. I downloaded the PS5 version when I first got my console and noticed that my account level is far too low. The friend I play with is roughly level 400. Im at level 40. Vast discrepancy in the level difference. I did change my PS5 gamertag a couple of times but my EA account was always linked. I would like help in the missing levels. Also according to the Apex legends website regarding heirlooms the ea website as follows. You’re guaranteed to get Heirloom Shards at least once if you open 500 Apex Packs. These 500 Packs don’t include Collection Events Packs. I am very confident that playing since season 1, for a few years playing this game, that I have opened more than 500 packs and I have yet to have received any shards or any heirloom items.EA account progression lost
My Account level and all the progression got reset to level 0 ! I launched the game after 3-4 days and it asked me to re-link the ea account. When i did the said operation, my account progressions got lost and it's now a beginner account asking me to start with tutorial Please help FAST :)
