Missing founders edition Items
I purchased the founders edition a while ago on xbox but the items from the pack get lost in cross progression: When playing on my xbox all the items are there with no problems, but when playing on playstation (which is my main console now and has been for the last 2 years) only the founders badge is transfered across. This means I cant see or use the Hemlock skin, founders frames, and founders skins that came with it. I have tried favoriting/equipping the skins on my xbox but when I switch back to playstation they are nowhere to be seen and my banner is reset to the default banner. This is a real pain becasue they are some of the coolest skins and banners in the game and it sucks them being platform locked. I’m a Japanese player playing in Asia. I play on PS5 and have been playing this game for three years. Since my friend plays on PC, we often play together using cross-play. Until November 2025, I was able to play ranked matches in cross-play without any issues, but starting in December, only the ranked matches in cross-play suddenly became very laggy. All other game modes still work normally, just like before. Therefore, the issue is not caused by my home internet connection. Please look into this issue. Thank you.losing my apex coins
Sorry to interrupt my time. I have wanted to tell you that my apex coins are go due to the bug that you guys haven't found out I have lose my precious coins because I am not buying apex coins. I don't buy things in game and I want to have 150 heirloom shards and I think it is reasonable. You guys had lost my only coins and I require 150 heirloom shards. You can search If I am lying or not. A while back I had switched to playing PC, when I connected my Xbox account to my PC account it said something along the lines of, "Congratulations you've received 10,000 coins!" I spent 4k on 40 apex packs which gave me Heirloom shards. After that I didn't buy and Heirloom because I didn't know exactly what to buy yet. Later on I stopped playing for a while and when I came back I had no Heirloom shards. No trace of the rest of my coins either. Considering the coins popped up into my account free I didn't think much of reporting it, I also didn't know how to report it. Now, I understand the rarity of Heirlooms and I found out how to report it. Honestly, I'm still not sure how the coins appeared in my account since I don't remember ever buying 10k coins. I hadn't played on my Xbox in a few years, so maybe I spent money on the game and it had just registered, or maybe it was refund from something else. I'm probably too late to report this anyway since this happened like 6 months to a year ago, but I thought it would be worth a shot because I haven't gotten another heirloom since.
