“Missing content”

Hey, I bought the Battle Pass Ultimate Edition. However, Alter’s legendary skins are not showing up in my inventory. I’ve reached level 21 in the Battle Pass, and they were supposed to unlock by now, but the skins didn’t unlock. I’ve received all the other rewards up to level 21, but like I said, the Alter skins are missing. What could be the reason? Could you help me?
