I just finished a few warm up games in wildcard mode and had no issues loading into games. I then switched to go play ranked and now I've been sitting with only 1 player in queue for matchmaking. I checked if there were any locks, bans or penalties against my account and there are not. I also restarted everything and still end up having the issue. Is this a bug or is this just happening to me? Is there any way to fix it?
Wasted_Tee3 You would need to contact the EA TOS Team and let them know that you are having this issue with your account.
Midnight9746 I seem to be having issues getting ahold of them. Also, the link brings me to locks, bans or suspensions and tells me to check my history but there are no penalties against my account of any sort. Also I can play ranked if I'm partied up with other people, just can't play it if I'm by myself.

Whenever someone had reported this issue before, they couldn't get into a match no matter who was in the party or what platform everyone was on, so this sounds like a slightly different issue that is more affecting PlayStation over any other platform.
That being said, it might be a bug, however for now you can try reaching out to EA from here:
im having this issue on pc still to this day. no fix.
