2 days ago i buy my first reactive skin for 50 shards

2 days ago i buy my first reactive skin for 50 shards the ligthning bug for volt i tested if it work after i kill someone in the traing field it work was very happy.

then i played ranked and unranked and the skin never leveled to the next form  after i kill someone idk what to do i have had the problem since i got it.  i tested restarting and put on a new skin and put it back and still dont work is it couse i got it the same day as the new split season dropped?

i need help it was 40 dollors for it and does notwork
