Ash Still Locked (Please Help)
I have been trying to get the attention of literally anyone at EA regarding a bug I have had for over a year. The game registers Ash as locked and it doesn't allow me to unlock her. I got her when she came out and I own multiple legendary skins for her, I actually just got the gold one from the latest event, now can’t use:(. The game just doesn't allow me to play her. When I click on unlock there is nowhere to even spend legend tokens to get her back,I even tried to get my husband to gift it to me but no such luck. I can literally prove I owned her as I have skins, trackers showing her kills etc. Every attempt I have made to contact EA support, or anyone has just led me in a circle promising something would be done. Even so much so that they asked me to make a report and try to get upvotes. It is now the new season, and it still not fixed. Can anyone help?
Mouse Disconnecting
First of all, I want to say that I've already tried all the recommended procedures from all the forums and other places. When starting a fight, the mouse keeps disconnecting, and no, it's not a problem with the mouse because this always happens when starting a new season! I can do anything in the game without a problem, but when starting a fight, the mouse disconnects, and this only happens in Apex!
Battle Pass Issue
So back in season 21 of Apex, Just 1 season before the Battle Pass was split into 2 different battle passes per season, Anyways before i got the battle pass i got too level 9 in that season and then i bought the pass and i ended that season at level 59. There was a few cosmetics i got that i use alot one being the Void Witch Catalyst Skin you would get at level 50 Fast Foward a year or so later it's season 29 and i go too check my badges and see my level is now 9, Which is what it was before i got the pass in season 21 I tried everything too see if it was a glitch which it is but it's not been fixed yet and i wonder if anyone else is or has had the same issue. The skin means alot too me and i know it's just a skin but how would you feel if the progress just is gone.

не знаю многие ли заметили это но если на каустике ставить метку на энергетический магазин , то он его будет называть как (магазин для дробовика ) а другие легенды нет , это то что я заметил только у него так , на игру не влияет никак но просто как интересный момент .FPS drops after new season update
i was getting absolutely stable 165fps before the new season update but now as soon as go in a fight or in certain map areas my fps drops to like 80-90 but other times it stays stable when not fighting and looting i don't know what is going on and they are not fixing the issue i am unable to play the game at all.
