Username Bug
So today I logged into apex and when I loaded in my username went from Sari Cant Fence to :”SKILLS Gamer” ,”display and I have no idea why this is. I am on an Xbox Series S, and this isn’t a visual bug on my side, everyone can see this as my username whether I load in to a pub, ranked, or a tournament that is now my username. I thought maybe this is an Xbox problem, but my user on every other game is Sari Cant Fence, while on apex it’s whatever that is. I contacted help and talked with someone named Parvathy and they told me they don’t know anything of this and that they would contact the team because there wasn’t already a solution, so I’m assuming this is a new bug and I’m hoping this isn’t swept under the rug. New season SETTINGS RESET
I loaded up the game a error came up saying if I want to delete corrupted file I said cancel(No), game loads, trailer pops up, I found it weird as I had played the day before, I load into lobby and instantly notice my cursor speed has changed. I checked settings and all my settings reset, I restarted application many times and still the same, now the game is basically unplayable, I had setting adjusted to my stickdrift controller but now everything been reset in every department, audio,Video,controller,gameplay. PLEASE HELP HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP…. IM ON PS4 aswell
Game crashes, new season 25
Hi, i've been having trouble getting into a game. I make it to the select screen but after that my game just crashes. In a few rare cases i reach the ground before the server fully shuts down. I doubt that i'm the only one that has this issue. Platform: PS4, EU servers Please fix this, i'm trying to enjoy the game.
Server timeout error about every 30 seconds.
I'm using a translation tool. 1.Error Message Connection to server timed out (code:net) 2.When I first noticed the issue Right after the Season 25 update was completed. 3.My System Specs CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core RAM: 96GB GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Network: Wired connection (Download speed: 680Mbps / Upload speed: 790Mbps) 4.What I’ve Tried So Far Restarted my PC Ran Apex.exe as administrator Clean reinstalled Apex Legends via Steam Verified game file integrity on Steam Launched from EA app instead of Steam (also reinstalled EA app) Updated Windows to the latest version Clean reinstalled NVIDIA drivers Restarted Windows Audio Endpoint Builder Changed data center Flushed DNS resolver cache via PowerShell Disabled IPv6 I had no issues logging in before the update. Since the Season 25 update, I’ve been experiencing server response issues. In the lobby, ping shows 180–450ms. After entering a match or the Firing Range, ping drops to 20–40ms for about a minute, then I get a timeout error. I can reconnect within 10 seconds, but after about 30 seconds, the same error occurs again. I've been dealing with this problem daily since May 7. my wife and I are unable to load into the same match when we are in the same lobby. We have been playing together for years but for some reason when the servers changed with one of the past few updates it made it so one of us gets kicked back to the lobby when we try to load into a match of Apex Legends while being in the same lobby. Just trying to see what workarounds we might not have tried or it is a known issue.(BUG) Unable to play Ash
I can't play the Ash. I've unlocked the Ash and all legends in the game. I was searching about this through forums, and actually found out that it was happening to other players too. One of the players who had this issued said that he was unable to play the Ash for 2 seasons. Please fix this issue, because I can't even play the legend which I've unlocked, while the others can, and this is a very unpleasant bug in the game.DPI button not being recognized as a keystroke
So I've always used my DPI button as melee since i moved to pc in 2021. I remap in GHUB to the "\" key. I've never had an issue until today's update. I thought it may be GHUB, so i uninstalled and reinstalled. That didn't work. I tested it in other games and it works fine. So, it is definitely on Apex's end. It's not game breaking but it is absolutely infuriating when i try to punch someone and turn into a tornado.
