I can watch movies, play assassins creed; Valhala, play destiny 2 with no issues but like clockwork 10mins into apex my whole pc freezes and I have to hard reset it and I've stressed tested the CPU and GPU alone and at the same time and nothing showed up. I had Claude look through all the reports to see if anything was off. The one time it allowed me to get past the 10mins was when I removed memory integrity (it then gave me an error saying incompatible driver and it showed EAC as the incompatible driver) which I then repaired it, uninstalled it reinstalled it and it still showed incompatible with windows core. I've been playing apex for 4yrs with no issues until Aug 20th when I updated my drivers
IamCesar305 Yeah, that sounds like an issue with the game, so I'll get it added to the bug report.
Although in the DxDiag log, it does say you are running an AMD Ryzen 9 7845HX processor with Radeon Graphics, (which shows up as AMD Radeon(TM) 610M graphics).
The processor is a high end 2023 CPU, while the GPU is a low end 2022 GPU, so the issue may be outdated hardware or running the game at higher settings.
Yet, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU, (high end GPU from 2023), also shows up, (which appears as a hybrid non-dedicated GPU, (aka its integrated/mixed in with the AMD Radeon(TM) 610M from what I can tell)), so the two questions I have now is the game set to use the Nvidia GPU instead, and is the Nvidia GPU fully updated?

Thanks for adding it. To clarify the hardware: the Radeon 610M is the iGPU integrated into the 7845HX — every laptop with that CPU has it. My discrete GPU is the RTX 4070 Laptop, Apex is set to use it, and its drivers are current and have been tested current and rolled back with clean DDU wipe
Settings aren't a factor here. The freeze happens sitting at the main menu with no match loaded, and it happened on a completely clean Windows install. Across 37 logged sessions, 22 ended between 9:59.1 and 9:59.97 — a 0.87-second window. That's a fixed timer, not a performance limit. Destiny 2 runs 39 minutes on the same machine without issue.
Others in this thread report the same on a Lenovo Legion Pro 5 and on a desktop R5 7500F + RTX 4060, and one confirmed Fortnite crashes while Arc Raiders doesn't — the common factor being EAC.
