After the update on April 9th, the game crashes as soon as it opens
The game freezes at the initialization screen and then crashes with an error. The report suggests checking the contents of the generated dump file. After opening it with WinDbg, the contents are as follows. What exactly is causing my game to crash? I’m really sad that I can’t play Apex.

Hi, I received your email. The issue hasn't been resolved. I still have no access to any cosmetic features. I can't change any badges, skins, trackers etc... my metals and apex coins are glitching out and it will let me buy coins but I can't see them. It will only let me play the game. I still can't access the store, it says "store processing" but I can't click or buy anything, everything is glitching out. My battlepass also isn't moving it's stuck on lvl 26, and I've paid for the battlepass. This is an individual account issue. I've tried adding my account to a different console, I even added it on a pc, but the issue is still there. So this is something that you guys have to fix, nothing I can do will fix this, ive literally tried everything. I've put in alot of money on this game, and my account is a day 1 account. I am on Xbox Series X. I have tried all the basic troubleshooting for both Apex Legends and Xbox, and I still can't get this leaf error to go away. I use Ethernet, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. I have been having this issue for the past two months. Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.
Apex Legends / e-district map: game crashes at Heights / Old Town POIs
Apex Legends is crashing to desktop with no error message from Apex Legends or error logging in Apex\Crashpad\db folder. Directx 12
Get rid of directx 12 support or go back to being able to choose! Rog strix z590-e mobo, 32gb 2600hz ram, i9 10900kf cpu, rtx 2070 super with a 950w power supply and its overloading and bluescreening! Only an idiot woumd get rid of directx 11 supoort when it works so well nothing's overheating just direct x 12's inefficiencies is all that causes it, all my graphics are set quite low for performance already, not that i should have too!
