Game crash in lobby after latest update
So, whenever i open the game to play on steam platform it crashes instantly after clicking "continue" button before entering the lobby, the game just closes, it does not freeze, it does not bluescreen, it just closes and leaves no error after closing. Sometimes it gives 2 errors, i will leave screenshots. The first being a easy anticheat reacting to a AMD latest driver .dll named "amdihk64.dll", after deleting it completely from system32 it does not give this error anymore and i do not see any performance loss in other games or in apex legends. This bug only happens when storm point map is in rotation, heard more people complaining about this crash bug on reddit in the last 3 days since the update released. I wanted to play this game tons and lately it crashed on me not even exagerating, at least 60 times. So i would really like a compensation on my account, yk what i mean, apex pack with heirloom inside as you did give when these kind of problems appeared to players.Game Keeps Disconnecting Me From Server
I've tried searching around for a fix to this for days now, even on here it seems like nothings being done or even looked at. But I recently reinstalled the game, cause It's been a while and I thought I might as well play again. Now at first the errors only occurred every couple of matches, but now its happening every single match. Sometimes even twice if it goes on for more than 5 minutes. I've tried everything to fix it. repairing files, reinstalling, resetting my PC and internet, I use an ethernet cable, I switch server regions. No matter what I do, the bug persists. I've gotten all sorts of error codes, while its mostly been Error:net there has been a few others and honestly I just wanna play the game and not get kicked out, have to wait for a minute for the "This account is not permitted to play online" message to go away. And even on the server that's best for me, ap-southeast-2 since I live in aus, it says I have an abysmal amount of ping.
Valkyrie Ult Bugged
For some reason valks ult is kicking teammates out and if you press retry to attach onto the ult again it leaves you glitched out and unable to move besides jump up and down and turn around. this just happened to me twice in one game and at the end we were the last two teams and lost because I couldn’t move out of the storm. It happened to me twice today but it’s been happening since yesterday. if you kill yourself and let your teammates revive you it’ll reset however if you kill yourself and lifeline revives you, you’re immediately just stuck in the same spot again and not able to move.
Got kicked mid-loading into game because of the Anticheat
Well, just like the headline said, I got kicked mid-loading into the game (ranked) and got a huge RP deduction because of that. I do not know what caused it, and it also happened to my friend who queued with me. Can I somehow get my points back? This is just plainly discouraging as a new player.Impossible to play any mode
On PC, using EA app, I cannot play Apex in any mode. For example, in Fire range, all red icons on the right appear and cannot move; all the modes are the same, not able to move, freeze, etc. This is since the last update. Checked my internet, all good. Repair twice, still the same. Sometimes I get an error: "Connection to the server lost," something like that. What can I do on my side to be able to play? When in the Legend Locker, the game will crash after sorting skins outside of the default setting. The bug is inconsistent as it doesn't always happen but it does on most occasions. Error message reads: sh_menu_models.gnut #3072 [CLIENT] Failed to find model index for model "?". Make sure it is precached.Loss of Apex Packs due to a server error whilst opening them
Whilst playing Apex on PS4, I purchased 12,000 Apex Coins and opened an Apex Pack, but a server error occurred, and the Apex Pack disappeared without me receiving any rewards. As I could open 50 packs at once, I opened 50 packs in a single go. I repeated this twice, but on both occasions, the Apex Packs vanished without any rewards. I checked to see if the Apex Coins had been refunded, but they hadn’t. When I contacted support, I was simply told to ‘contact PlayStation’ or that they would ‘report it to the team’, and nothing has been resolved. I am extremely worried that this will be swept under the carpet and that I will simply be left out of pocket. I would like this matter to be addressed as a matter of urgency.
