Hello, yesterday I was playing apex and I was D4 but then i went into my next game and I was rookie, I thought the new ranked split had happened so I played that game and I got off. Then I got a email the next day saying I got permanently banned for cheating. I tried to apell my ban multiple times and no response.

Community ManagerDo you mean you chose PC when submitting the dispute? You can open a new case with an advisor to see if they can change that.
