About file corruption

Since around January, when I try to open APEX, a message like the one in the image appears saying that the file may be corrupted, and when I press OK, it crashes and I can't start APEX at all. I tried various things, such as checking the integrity of the file as instructed in the displayed window, deleting unnecessary files online, initializing my PC, and reinstalling APEX, but to no avail. Also, if you don't give up even if you get an error several times, and try to open APEX, the error window may disappear and you may be able to play it.
