Apex Legends Event, Challenges, Passes, Legend locker, and Store not loading.
The whole top menu of Apex legends isn't loading for me, restarted my console, rebooted the game, switched servers, still the same issue, I noticed that I finished all the 7th anniversary badge challenges and didn't get any badges, also my prize tracker for the event is stuck even though I finished it 2 days ago, it hasn't reset the challenges or the dailies, this really sucks for me as I bought all the even packs except the last one because I saw it free in the tracker and decided it was worth waiting a day or two to save 10 dollars, but now it will t load either and I can't get my heirloom shards. I've talked to everal other people on this issue, and I believe the problem to be the legend pass I bought for octane, as other people I have talked to on the topic say that that is something they have noticed with this bug. I just got a 4k badge on octane and want to equip it but again I can't access my Legend Locker, the only solution I've seen so far is someone said you can change your resolution after every match, which sounds like a pain, especially on Xbox, but I'm gonna give that a try, lmk if anyone else found any fixes.394Views32likes17CommentsUnable to Complete Parental Verification
Hello, I am encountering an issue with Apex Legends on Nintendo Switch. My EA account is set as an adult account, and it’s linked to my Nintendo account. I’ve had parental controls enabled on my Nintendo account for five years. When I try to play Apex Legends on Switch, I receive a message stating that “a parent or guardian must verify the account.” However, there’s no option to enter an email address, so I’m unable to complete the verification process. I suspect this might be a bug. Does anyone know how to fix this or what steps I can take to resolve the verification issue? PC : Steam I played apex until 5 minutes before the update went live. updated. tried to enter, and : getting a "create or link EA account" msg (I play the game for years and never had this msg, and played a few minutes earlier) 2) When clicking link or create, I get a msg "enable steam overlay". BUT 3) steam overlay already enabled so can't get in the game. I have no bans. can't relink or whatever is the problem. I dealt over 4000 damage in a ranked match on February 8th using Mad Maggie on Nintendo Switch 2, but I did not receive the 4k damage badge. After returning to the lobby, the damage was not reflected in my stats.
