Game Force closes enter main screen
I have been facing a issue with trying to enter the main lobby screen once I click a button to get leave the title screen the news feed pops up with one or more pixelated/distorted picture and then proceeds to crash the game. Even trying to bypass it and hitting esc to close the news tab quick or clicking to go to another tab like friends list or settings if i were to return to the main lobby a single pixelated picture still shows and crashes. I have been dealing with this for months and have done everything from performing a full PC wipe, all drivers updated, continuously clearing app data, repairing game files changing graphics settings and nothing seems to work. I have attached a screenshot of what it looks like before the crash. I do not receive any type of error code.Game won't launch
When i open the game I get to the first loading screen and it sits on the white circle. I have tried everything from disabling overlays, reinstalling and updating drivers, messing with xmp settings, verifying files and deleting temp files, running as admin and disabling full-screen optimizations, and many other things and nothing has worked. Issue: Game crashes when Storm Point is in rotation. Freezes for a few seconds, then closes. Also happens when clicking Ranked if Storm Point is active. Did NOT fix: Reinstall game Verify files Change graphics Latest drivers Fix (worked for me): Clean uninstall GPU driver Installed AMD Adrenalin 23.5.2 (2023) After this, no more crashes. Note: Had an Easy Anti-Cheat error (“untrusted system file”), which disappeared after reinstalling the driver. Conclusion: Likely Storm Point bug + unstable AMD drivers. Try older drivers.

Hello I have a problem with apex legends when i log my main account, i get kicked from the lobb about 10-15 seconds without any error message. importand: on the same pc, another account works perfecktly fine and does not get kicked . i already repaired the game and changed servers, so it seems to be account-related can you please check if there is any restriction or issue on my account?
