Bug that bans you from apex legends
I have had my EA account since 2014 and have been playing apex off and on since it was brand new. I recently got a new PC and went to play apex with a couple friends. During my second game played on this new PC I received a permanent ban. I appealed it and they said they fully investigated the account and found that it was involved in cheating. I certainly did not cheat, so I think it must be a bug. Maybe something to do with my new hardware? Has this happened to anyone else?
Settings reset
When I log into Apex legends I have to agree to the user agreement; which I do and even after I had agreed end to it, it still pops up Everytime I want to get on and play. Season 26 launched today so I decided to play this morning everything was fine played for 30min max..came back home a few hours later turned the game back on this time apex new terms and agreements pops up so I accept it a soon as I load in all my settings have been completely wiped and set back to standard im assuming?anyone else having this problem? Every time I leave my game and come back, the server times out, or I get booted for being idle I always get a user agreement and have to redo my settings. Luckily I remember my advanced settings or this would be a much larger issue, which I'm sure some can't say as I've seen I'm not the only one experiencing this login issue and bug on Xbox. It's been a few days now, I'd have hoped this would've been sorted out by now.Apex Coins Not Received
I am pretty frustrated right now as i have purchased about 140 dollars worth of apex coins and didn't receive the 120 dollars worth. I have been going back and forth with ea for 10 days and after having tried everything there answer at the end was we cant give you your coins back. I have made the purchase on steam on this entire process has been extremely difficult and honestly i recommend nobody buy apex coins from steam since ea apparently cant do anything about it despite showing so many screenshots of email confirmations, steam purchase history and just about everything clearly showing i didn't receive my apex coins. At this point it feels like I'm being cheated and i don't know what to do. If i were to ask for a refund through steam will my account be banned even though ea said that there is nothing they can do to give me my coins that i paid for?
