For the past three days, I’ve tried re-downloading the game, clearing the cache,restarting my router, changing the language and even switching accounts and coming back to this account to try to get on and still haven’t been able to be played. I’m a PlayStation five user on the PlayStation five version of the game and I am unable to play. Also, while you’re at it, I’m over level 1000 and I’ve gotten one heirloom shard. I have tried logging back into the game after a long time of not playing and my account is "locked"? By the way the ban system works (i'm assuming this is still a ban), there should be a record of any bans that i can access and appeal for if necessary, but there are no bans on my account on record? So i don't understand what is happening, i have been banned, but there are no bans on my account record, so i can't appeal and can't even open a case for the false ban, or false "account lock". Apex directly doesn't mention anything of a ban either even though (i thought) it should be, instead it prompts me to log in, wich i obviously can't, because my account is locked. I apologize for anything i may have worded wrong english is not my first language. I also apologize for one of the screenshots below being partly in german, i have visited both the website on the steam overlay to access my record and on my browser to see if it may have been an issue with steam for some reason, i also checked multiple hours apart to see if it might not have registered yet, or there was a connection issue, or a server issue, or i don't know. My game will start but won't allow me to login, just buffers on first screen forever. I've tried so many solutions, i'll list a few here: 1. Flushing DNS 2. Restarting computer 3. Reinstalling game 4. Updating Drivers 5. Reinstalling EAC 6. Validated game files multiple times 7. Compatibility mode and admin mode 8. So since they didnt want to fix the bugs for the Nintendo switch I decided to buy the switch 2. About a few weeks go by, liking how it was going. Enjoyed the fps boost. And now I cant even load into the game. Ive contacted nintendo support. We have deleted the game and redownloaded it. We have tried to Reset my switch 2, we have tried to check for corrupt data. Even Hard delete the games data from my console. Nothing worked. Now here I am Reporting this bug hoping someone will respond because nintendo told me that they cant do anything about it. I am unable to play Apex during the period from 9 PM to 11 PM every night due to the inability to queue up players. It has been confirmed to be an account issue. The same computer device with a different account does not exhibit this issue. This has been ongoing for two weeks, greatly affecting my gameplay experience.
