Hello. On December 14, when entering the game via Steam, I encountered a problem, first the game requested authorization, then a long loading screen and a code:book error. I tried to clear the steam cache, update the drivers, run as an administrator, file integrity check, reinstall Apex legends, disable and enable Secure Boot, but the problem was not solved. I managed to enter the lobby 3 times, but when I enter the match, the code:book error appears again and I can't enter the game20Views0likes0CommentsUnbelievable! My EA app shows everything normal—playtime, achievements, all of it. But when I launch the game and get to the lobby, it says I’m a Level 1 player. Honestly, the level of communication and support I’ve received is completely unacceptable. It makes no sense that a player suffers from a technical issue that prevents normal gameplay for this long, and yet I don’t receive any updates—not even a single message explaining the delay or whether anyone is actually working on the problem. I expect my case to be taken seriously, because this level of neglect is affecting my experience with the game and my trust in your services. It was like a year ago, during 4-5 days, now it's again. Entering my acc on console, but Apex can't retrieve my acc data from servers. I can play, but all the tabs are greyed out. It's annoying, fix it pls. If admins need an additional info, contact me pls. Dear EA Apex is the best game I've ever played, I've been playing since 2020 but I haven't been able to start my game at all it's been two weeks I haven't been able to play , I've tried my pc, my xbox, I even tried this Nvidia cloud app thingy and I get error or crashes before I even get to the menu I uninstalled reinstalled, I love this game, I'm not really upset I'm just very bummed, please fix this, take your time, but I really wanted to play the split and event, I hope you can take some time from your schedules and fix this for me Please, and thank you.10Views0likes0CommentsCrashing and disconnects - Under investigation
When I opened the game for the first time today, this message appeared: "There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again. sh_challenge_tiles.gnut #331[UI] GetCurrentPlaylistVarBool: Not connected to a server". I have tried to verify the file in Steam - Steam support: Verifying the integrity of the game file. Unfortunately, it still didn't work. Moreover, I tried re-downloading but it didn't help either. Additionally, my Windows and graphics driver programs have been updated to the latest version, but I also tried switching to other servers, or changing the game language to English before logging in, but still no response.
