Account not permitted to play online

Hello, i am on ps5 and since yesterday I keep getting disconnected from servers and when that does not happen I get 2 or 3 game in and then my loss goes up to 90 which makes the game unplayable I checked my Internet and it's good and as mentioned above I keep getting this account not permitted to play online when I checked my account status I am not banned or suspended can I have some assistance with this please it very annoying.
