Account Unplayable After Ban Overturned

i have the exactly same problem almost 1.5 years i think. ive opened countless cases over the same issue with ea support but only answer i get from them is to reinstall the game, i even installed it on another "non gaming aimed device" and it does same thing there too, you and i are in the exact same boat, if you manage to get some progress please reply to my comment, i have spent 100s of dollars on this game and i cant access it because of these kind of thing.
EA_Marii know you are getting tons of messages like this but please can you try to look into my case and help me resolve this issue.
Me too bro I have around 1000 dollars in the game and can't play cause of this issue
