Account Unplayable After Ban Overturned

I've been dealing with the same exact issue for the past couple of months, without a resolution. Were you able to fix this? EA_Mari can you help please? I've lost count of how many times I reached out to support in english and spanish and they continue to tell me to open a ban appeal case when my account is not banned.
