Aim assist not functioning properly!

Sometimes I'll have a guy with 20 hp left that I'm fighting and I'll miss every bullet out of a magazine while maintaining perfect reticle placement on a guy.

And even at the start of a mid range fight with an assault rifle I'll miss an entire clip on someone. I feel at certain times the aim assist that used to feel sticky back in season 8 and prior has been absolete. During multiple occasions throughout almost every game I play. Because I can have great reticle placement, and no matter how I micro adjust with the joysticks the aim assist doesn't stick like it used too. It makes me continue to move off of the target.

And sometimes it feels absolutely perfect the way it used too. 

If you guys can fix the aim assist bug I've been experiencing I would be more than willing to spend money on this game again!
