Alter ult - bug

I am playing on Xbox. The bug happened when other players used my Alter ultimate, not my teammates. After they used the ultimate, they became covered by a strong blue visual effect and had a strange circular/halo-like effect around them. This made the enemy very hard to see properly during the fight.

In the attached video, the issue can be seen during the fight shortly before I get knocked.
