Alter ult bug

When teammates or I am knocked we cant go back to the void nexus and a text appears saying "can only be summoned to void nexus when knocked", we have gotten squad wiped or just fully killed because we couldnt go back unless a teammate was already there, unless its a change thats been made and I was not aware of it but tleast it doesnt appear in the latest patch notes.
