Anniversary event pack bug?

Hello, when the new season started I bought the whole event, today I got the free event pack from getting the 3000 points, and when I opened it I got normal items instead of a pack refund as I normally got on previous events that this happened. On the FAQ it states that I should have gotten the equivalent in apex coins, so, in this case, I should have gotten 1000 apex coins. You can see attached the video of me opening the free event pack.
