missing items i’ve had for a very long time
please someone on the dev team help me. this week is my first time back on in 2 years and i come back to some of my skins and banners and quips etc just not being on my account anymore it’s making me try to buy them again and even some of my badges are gone. i don’t have my ash event badge and it also took the wings off of my arena win streak badge is actually making going to make me cry. i’ve been pred quite a bit and im a dedicated player ive spent a lot of money but i genuinely just want the wings back on my arena badge please i am begging you i will pay for it if i have toMissing items
I just downloaded apex after a few years and lots of things are missing, my pathfinder heirloom, the bad bot legendary skin for him, valkyrie and revenant are also locked again and im missing his legendary skin, thats just stuff i remember having, is there a reason ive lost all these items???Beast mode event pack sticker bug
Hello I'm Japanese user. During the Beast Mode event that started on 3/26, I purchased a pack for 100 coins and opened it, and got Legendary Sticker Set 2 (Revenant, Conduit, Bangalore, etc.) as shown in the image. However, when I looked at the sticker list to use them, it said I already had Legendary Sticker Set 1 (Vantage, Newcastle, Bloodhound, etc.). What's going on here? This display does not change even if I restart the game. The attached image is a screenshot I took. I am using a translator. I apologize if there are any rude expressions.my heirloom is gone after not playing the game for years
i got an heirloom when i hit level 69 or 70 and used the shards on octane, i than quit the game and last year went back to it just to find out my heirloom is gone and other things from my account such as legends like revenant which still has my legendary skin i bought for it equipped. i would like all my stuff back but atleast my heirloom. you can go thro my history of my account from years ago and see i got my heirloom. ive tried using a chat with a person and quit because they were no help and the ea help page isnt any ethier
Missing P2020 BP Skin
What platform are you playing on? PC Origin ID / Gamertag / PSN Jemzx What were you doing leading up to the issue? I was checking my skins on the P2020 and I noticed that I only had 1 reactive skin. There should be 2, I'm missing the Pink Purr. Can you reproduce it? What are the steps? I'm not entirely sure how to reproduce it but there are alot of people that had reported this but there was no action taken in order to fix it. PC players - provide hardware specs, OS version and GPU driver version. i9-14900K, 32 GB Ram, RTX 3080 (Latest Drivers), Windows 11. If possible, it’s great if you can capture a screenshot / picture or video. Attached.
Apex packs are greyed out in the store
After the current Fight Force event released i was unable to purchase packs form the apex store. I read that it could be caused by my region settings however, they are fine and are set to the UK. I can purchase skins with no problems but when a pack and a skin are sold together it becomes unavailable. I am not sure if this could be something to do with age and a need of verification but i could not find anything like that. I'm also on steam but so are my friends and they are not having any problems. If there is a fix for this can someone please let me know.My Items Gone
I used to play on ps4 since the start of the game. I bought multiple battle passes completing them. I even got lucky enough to get a wraith heirloom. Multiple event skins and so on. When i’ve gone onto ps5 after around 10 seasons all my items have disappeared. My level my kills my stats are all the same but my skins and items are gone. I really just want my skins back because i’ve sunk so many hours into the game. Ea help told me to post here so i guess here i am hoping i can get my items back.
