Comeback Pass Not Available
Myself and a friend returned to the game after a few years today. They received the comeback pass, I did not. I was actually away longer, as well. It sure would be nice to not have to be on the support forum before even going about playing a single game since coming back!
Won a Solos Game - didn't get the Badge.
Won a solos game yesterday - didn't get the badge! Is it only me or is it a common issue? I mean, is it worth trying to get 20b in solos now??? It's not a difficult one, but if I would make 20b or 3k and not get a badge, I would be very disappointed. I, actually, want my badge to be present on my acc.
Individual account issuse
Hi, I received your email. The issue hasn't been resolved. I still have no access to any cosmetic features. I can't change any badges, skins, trackers etc... my metals and apex coins are glitching out and it will let me buy coins but I can't see them. It will only let me play the game. I still can't access the store, it says "store processing" but I can't click or buy anything, everything is glitching out. My battlepass also isn't moving it's stuck on lvl 26, and I've paid for the battlepass. This is an individual account issue. I've tried adding my account to a different console, I even added it on a pc, but the issue is still there. So this is something that you guys have to fix, nothing I can do will fix this, ive literally tried everything. I've put in alot of money on this game, and my account is a day 1 account. If it is at all possible please have someone call me; [Removed]. I would like to figure out what has happened to my account. [Removed phone number. Beast Mode Reward Shop Bug
Hey apparently I'm unable to redeem crafting materials with the event points. It shows that I'm able to redeem 2/2 but when I clicked it, it shows "Unavailable". I already claimed all other items in the shop and it shows owned except the crafting materials. I've attached the screenshot below for visuals.
"Who's The Dummy Now?" Spark Bonus Holospray Not Properly Received
About two weeks ago when the spark bonus for the week was the "Who's The Dummy Now?" holospray, I opened up 10 packs to receive it but never did. The game said I opened the required 10 packs and had a green check in the box but I did NOT receive the holospray.Individual account glitch
