Anti cheat client kicking me from games

The first game i play i load into the game, see how many players are in the lobby then i get kicked from the game stating "The client is not running the anti-cheat, or has failed the anti - cheat authentication." i closed my game and verified game files thinking its a bug, but when i was able to load the game back up i was met with an abandon penalty and lost 160 points. i then wait for the penalty to end and que for another game to then be sent straight back to the main menu with the same message and another -160 points. i would like to request a point return as the new anti cheat system has kicked not just me from games and giving them abandon penalties.
