Crashing in BR only
The game is crashing in Battle Royal mode only. It seems like it just gets closed at any random moment without exception or error. There are no logs in the Event Viewer except 5 warnings from EASY anticheat: File System Filter 'EasyAntiCheat_EOSSys' (Version 10.0, 2025-06-25T07:45:25.000000000Z) does not support bypass IO. Supported features: 0x4.
I lost all my RP from a previous game.
At approximately 14:15 (GMT+7), me and my trio all got booted from a game we queed into because of an apparent anti cheat reason. Due to this, when I re-entered my lobby i realised i had gone from 400RP in diamond to 238RP, I had lost all my points from the game before getting kicked. I believe this is unfair. PC player.
Unable to process anti cheat, nor activate the game
Couldn't activate my apex since yesterday, every time I enter the lobby, the system starts lagging and kick me out every single time, it keeps sowing "unable to process the anti cheat/couldn't connect to the EA server, after that, I try to check weather it happens bcuz of steam, I even reinstall Apex, but unfortunately it didn't work. In order to solve the issue, I contact the customer service, they offered me a solution Step1. Uninstall the anti cheat. Step2. Activate something called security boot. Step3. install the anti cheat again. I try to do as they said, But I couldn't even found the anti cheat in EA file......Missing Twitch drops

This started when I bought the future icons event and got the Watson prestige skin. After buying the event some skins in the lobby would have some mismatched lines and colour on them, it was even worse in game as not only the skins but the environment. Sometimes the supply bins no matter the type would show as light grey with horizontal lines on my screen, and I would often get some game crashes that say something about my anti cheat not working properly. I'm playing from steam btw, I tried the steam checking the integrity of the files , deleting and re-installing Apex, but nothing worked. It's getting quite annoying cause the map would also sometimes glitch or game crashes without an error. Some screenshots attached would show what I think the shader issues are.
Easy Anti Cheat Mute my game
Hello, Since early june, my sound crash on Apex Legends with soundcard: "Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Professional Series" No solution at today for resolve this issue. but still so many cheaters in the game...very effective EAC for kill my sound drivers. Only solution for recovery my sound is reboot my PC. I'm fed up with not being able to play the game I've played since day one. P.S: The only solution is to uninstall the sound card and have the sound from my motherboard which is really not good. So it is not possible for me
Does not start when using a specific software keyboard
I use a software keyboard called ATOK, but when I try to start APEX while this software is enabled, it won't start due to a bug in the anti-cheat system. The attached image shows the error window I get at that time. This problem does not occur if you change to Google Japanese Input, so we believe it is a problem with the software keyboard.
