Easy Anti cheat
so I have been trying to play apex on my PC through steam and I keep getting the error "Unable to connect to EA Servers (Code Anti-cheat authentication timeout). Please check your Internet connection and try again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information." I have tried uninstalling reinstalling. I have tried verifying files. I tried delete EAC and reinstalling it. I have tried restarting router. I have tired checking to see if the servers are up and they are. I have tried running bot apex.exe and Easy anti-cheat as admins. I tried turning off memory integrity and turning off anti virus for a bit. Nothing is working could you help?

Only a forced power shutdown recovers the system. Frequency: 100% reproducible When it happens: – After shaders finish loading – While idle in lobby (no matchmaking required) What does NOT help: – Clean reinstall (EA App and Steam) – GPU driver clean install (DDU) – Easy Anti-Cheat repair/reinstall – Windows power/performance changes – Windows Memory Diagnostic (RAM check) – no errors found – Disk error scan (chkdsk) – no bad sectors or file system issues Important: Other demanding games (Battlefield 2042, Assassin’s Creed Mirage) and professional applications (Adobe Illustrator, Figma) run without any issue. This indicates a game-specific or Easy Anti-Cheat kernel-level issue. System: – Windows 11 – ASUS gaming laptop – NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU + Intel Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics iGPU (hybrid graphics) – 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11370H @ 3.30GHz (3.30 GHz) Impact: Prevents gameplay entirely and risks hardware due to repeated forced shutdowns. Note: I have been playing Apex Legends for several years on the same device without any issues. This problem started recently and is the first time the game has become completely unplayable.
Apex anti-cheat error
Hello, my friends and I have been losing points for several days now due to an anti-cheat bug. The error message is "The client is not running." This has caused us to lose at least 300 points and a 10-minute quit penalty. Please reward us with at least some of our points, as this is frustrating and is preventing us from climbing the ranked ladder. I kept receiving the following error when trying to connect to apex legends: "Unable to connect to EA Servers (Code Anti-cheat authentication timeout). Please check your Internet connection and try again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information." I've tried the following: Switch off router for >30s and switch on Run apex legends and "EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe" as administrator Verify file integrity via steam Re-installed Apex legends Nothing seems to work. I can access occasionally but most of the times i will receive this error. Could you please advice?No se ha podido resolver el anticheat (error)
Buenas noches, Estaba empezando a jugar y en la selección de personaje me han echado para atrás porque no ha podido "resolver el anticheat". Obviamente no uso ningún cheat ni nada por el estilo y no tenía nada abierto raro en el pc. Me han quitado 48 PC de rango, y me han bloqueado jugar durante 10 minutos. Tanto a mi como a mi amigo.
