loba bug and missing items
Hello I just got retrieved my account after 2 months because I was hacked and I lost my account at the first time after that EA help me to retrieve it but I found an issue that is loba is bugged I cannot open Loba I cannot play her or even purchase her the funny thing i'm already unlocked all the legend before why only loba can't play her please EA help me with this issue and I hope you understand my iss and plus I lost 5K materials and 1,200 APEX COINS GON that's the last time I remember before my account got hacked and And Sometimes my game crashed sometimes it says error server timeout I don't know why it does happen that way and I hope EA can help me
Easy Anti Cheat Hard Crash
I’ve tested every hardware in my pc. Everything updated. Uninstalled and reinstalled windows. Dropped down to windows 10 instead of being on 11. At almost exactly 10 minutes into a game of apex my pc hard crashes. I have to completely remove power for it to boot up. COD works. I’ve narrowed it down to easy anti cheat. Someone in EA or EAC PLEASE HELP.
Apex Legends account having no violations but still suspended :(
I have no account violations but when I loaded in the game it says my account is suspended Ima keep it short and simple, but every time I check my penalty history I have no violations and my apex legends account is still suspended but also the violation was their before but also I submitted a report and 3 days go by and the violation is gone, BTW I do have case ongoing with EA support trying to appeal for my banned account which was falsely banned because I was console when I got banned and I have never used a xim/zen or cheats on console plus never got a email for reason of ban. :(Gamemode
Are you ever going to fix the matchmaking problems in the game modes? There isn’t a single match where the teams are balanced. I’m just a casual player and yet in every single game I have to go up against Masters, Preds, or controller players spamming full RE45. Meanwhile, I get matched with level 8 or 10 teammates. On top of that, every game starts at a disadvantage because for some reason people queue up and then disconnect right after. So we’re stuck outnumbered against Masters and Preds — HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO PLAY FAIR LIKE THAT?? If this keeps up, I’m uninstalling this game, because it feels like everything is done to make sure I don’t enjoy it at all. Fix your AAA game. It’s like this every single day — how is that even possible? Every game is a disadvantage, what the hell is this?
