Unable to connect to EA Servers (Code Anti-cheat authentication timeout).
I kept receiving the following error when trying to connect to apex legends: "Unable to connect to EA Servers (Code Anti-cheat authentication timeout). Please check your Internet connection and try again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information." I've tried the following: Switch off router for >30s and switch on Run apex legends and "EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe" as administrator Verify file integrity via steam Re-installed Apex legends Nothing seems to work. I can access occasionally but most of the times i will receive this error. Could you please advice?8.4KViews46likes33CommentsBanned from a Ranked, where they were all kicked out for "Anticheat Offline"
My entire team, but actually the entire match, was kicked out. In fact: During the selection process, my two teammates were kicked out. I thought, "It must be a bug, never mind." As soon as I enter the match ("Gold"), I see +17 RP and say, "Why am I already in the black?" Well, it was because there were only 4 teams. I try to jump into Battle Royale and get banned too. I get a 10-minute penalty. I wasn't able to take a picture of the error, but it said "Anticheat Offline," as if we were banned because we weren't running the anti-cheat. Too bad we'd been playing with the anti-cheat for so long.35Views2likes2CommentsError, crashing and integrity failure.
Hi, I hope you are well I recently got the game, but it keeps on crashing and giving me the integrity error, soon after it crashes. I've tried everything from repairing the game, to deleting and installing again, to updating and cleaning all corrupt files in my PC, updating all the software, deleting and downloading the EA app, to running certain commands within my command line of the PC, and anymore of that didn't do the trick. I updated the game too. I do not cheat and I have no desire to, I just want to play the game, but all these errors that are happening without what really the problem is are blocking me from experiencing playing the game. Could you guys please ensure that the game works on your side because it definitely isn't my system or environment. Thank you.11Views0likes1CommentMy entire day 1 account is gone

PC stats: Ryzen 5700x3d, 9070xt, 24gb RAM @ 3000mhz, Windows 10. Prior to the "crows" update I had no issues running the game. After the update which brought the crows into the maps I have a severe, highly periodic stutter. I've done a lot of diagnostics and it seems like it's not my system that's the issue. I run the game locked at 166hz via the launch options from the EA launcher. I had changed zero things about my system in that time. After the update and my discovery of the hitching problem, I have wiped and updated the graphics drivers with DDU, cleared shader caches and updated my bios, none of which solved the problem. Disabling SMT also does not solve the issue. I repaired the game from the EA app, made sure my RAM is running correctly and tested other games, none of which show this type of stutter. Attached is a plot of my frametimes which show the highly periodic spike pattern, with a frequency of about 2 seconds, taken with a 500ms sampling frequency. Sometimes the frequency drops to every 1 second. The framerate does the same, with a drop of to somewhere around 140-150 from 165. I have done extensive analysis of my system and don't think it's related to anticheat. Windows Performance Analyzer pointed to Apex taking up the vast majority of both threads of core 0, and Easy Anticheat related processes were not anywhere near the top and its CPU time doesn't spike every 2 seconds. This is also true in Task Manager. LatencyMon showed no substantial interrupts while playing Apex. No other diagnostics I've done find any system processes that are doing something every 1 second. Windows updates are disabled. Despite my data saying otherwise, it still seems like it has to be anticheat or some system process I just can't find on diagnostics. Any ideas?9Views0likes0Comments
