I purchased the 6,700 apex coin pack today for $79.99 but shortly after did not receive anything in my account wallet. I checked my bank account to confirm that the purchase went through and to no suprise it did.

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the transaction to finish processing, but hopefully they'll show up before then. What platform did you buy your coins on, exactly?

Community ManagerJust in case, could you check the services screen and let me know if it says 1 or 0 next to "Remaining"? You can get there by going to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Service List > GAME.
