[Solved] Apex eating 60Mbps of bandwidth while idle

This happens in the lobby even if Apex is 'disconnected' from servers.

When I exit Apex, the 60Mbps of lost bandwidth returns.

Edit: I learned this wasn't Apex. It was Lenovo Vantage's bandwidth throttling.
