New Split crazy lagging on E-District
A new Problem has arrived since the new Split. The connection has been very unstable. Especially i noticed that on the E-District. It happens literally every 3-4 Matches. Hi, this glitch is very common and easy to replicate, i get it VERY OFTEN and it ruined so many games. In 6v6/armed rush/Controle, when you die on an octane launch pad and respawn after, you jump turns into a launch pad jump, and every time you come near the launch pad you died on, you get randomly jumped in the air infinitly until the end of the game (sometimes it resets when another player breaks the launch pad, or when a ton of launch pads are near it, idk why) Other players sometimes see you launched randomly, but most of the time they just see you frozen / running weirdly. Desde hace 2 semana el juego cada 5 o 10 minutos el juego se congela a media partida, me indica perdida de paquetes y me saca de la partida después de unos segundos me deja regresar pero vuelve a pasar, ya revisé la conexión, reinicie el módem, actualicé controladores de ethernet y gráfica, revise con otros juegos y no pasa lo mismo, revisé el ancho de banda y perdida de paquetes durante las fallas con una web y me dice que no hay errores. Antes de esto el juego me iba super bien, sin lag y muy pocos errores, ahora es injugable. Incluso cuando me pasa muchas veces seguidas esto el juego se configura a 60 fps cuando siempre juego a 144, pero reinició el juego y regresa a 144, es algo muy raro. Hello. Two games in row i have this bug: when we start landing mouse not working, if i try to reconnect to the game im start lagging like when losses 100. 2 games 2 people in one squad cant move. Hello, Since the June 24, 2026 update (Season 25 Split 2), I am experiencing severe FPS drops specifically when facing enemies or action-heavy scenes. Before the update I had stable 200+ FPS. After the update my FPS drops to 50–100 FPS as soon as enemies are visible on screen. When looking at walls or empty areas, performance is normal. My system specs: - CPU: Intel i5-12600K - GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti - Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z690M AORUS ELITE AX - RAM: 32 GB DDR4-3200 - OS: Windows 11 Home - GPU Driver: 610.62 Troubleshooting steps already completed: - Disabled Ambient Occlusion in video settings - Set Anti-Aliasing to None - Reduced Texture Filter to Anisotropic 4X - Deleted videoconfig.txt and let it regenerate - Set FPS cap to 190 via Steam launch options - Verified all other games run without performance issues Root cause (community finding): Multiple players with Intel 12th/13th/14th Gen CPUs report the same issue. Disabling Hyper-Threading in BIOS resolves the problem, which strongly indicates the June 24 patch introduced a change in the rendering pipeline that does not correctly handle Intel's hybrid CPU architecture (P-Cores + E-Cores). The engine appears to be distributing render-critical tasks across E-Cores which are not capable of handling them at the required speed. Proposed fix: The thread scheduling in the engine needs to be updated to correctly prioritize P-Cores for render-critical tasks on Intel 12th Gen and newer hybrid architectures. This is a game-side issue, not a hardware issue. Since the latest update I have constant packet loss in every match. Every other game on the same connection works perfectly fine. I did a traceroute to the Frankfurt i3D server and something weird is happening — my traffic goes through Milan and Frankfurt normally, then disappears for a few hops, and suddenly reappears in São Paulo, Brazil with 229ms. It then hits the i3D Brazil node at 239ms and times out from there. When I force the traffic through a VPN (Proton VPN, Frankfurt), the misrouting disappears and Apex works fine with normal ping and zero packet loss. So it seems like i3D is routing Starlink CGNAT IPs to the wrong node after the update.
