Apex packs
Hi, I bought 20 Apex Packs and still had 20+ more left. I was about to open them all, but I encountered an error. I restarted my console to refresh it, but when I returned to Apex Legends, all of my Apex Packs were gone.I thought maybe they had already been opened, but there’s nothing new in my Legend Locker. I’m not sure if this is a bug, but I’m hoping someone can help me get my Apex Packs back. I know it’s only around 40+, but I still feel really disappointed.Keeps kicking me out of games, copping abandoment penalty and severe lag issues
Since last season when the alter pristige skin came out i started getting issues with the game booting me. The game constantly boots me randomly through out gameplay some times it let's me back in sometimes it doesn't this would happen about every 5 games in s23 now its s24 and its always something from lag issues, to being booted to playing games and getting penalty for abandoning when i havent my download is 900mbps so its not me. I can play an entire ranked game to the end and still get an abandonment penalty even when getting second place and should of gained 200 rp, or the game boots me doesn't let me back in and I get an abandoment penalty even though getting code rock, code leaf, code nut or cant process game logic etc Then when i finally get a game im stuck playing on 60fps in home servers because im getting 50 packet loss 15 choke and every possible symbol the game has to offer eg out of sync, sound out of sync, delay you name it. It has made playing impossible it has made trying to get through a rank far more challenging than it should be and frankly it makes me so mad i don't even want to play the game. My husband has the same issue so do alot of my friend circle and with every update or event it's getting worse. It wouldnt be the first time something as simple as a skin has absolutely plauged aspects of game play and its rather ironic how the game is totally fine until that pristige skin even drops. Not a good start to making it fun for players and bring a new feel to the game because the new feel shouldn't be riddled with server issues that far outweigh the work that has been done this season because you can't even experience the good when you can't even play the game.Lobby chat
My mic is on and the settings are good but I cant hear my friends in the lobby and they cant hear me and then when I go to the character selection screen I can hear them and they can hear me I dont know whats going on but can you please fix this issue and im lagging to like i dont lag until I get a guy half down and then they dissappear and then reappear and im down i dont know whats going on please I would like both of these matters resolvedImpossible to play any mode
On PC, using EA app, I cannot play Apex in any mode. For example, in Fire range, all red icons on the right appear and cannot move; all the modes are the same, not able to move, freeze, etc. This is since the last update. Checked my internet, all good. Repair twice, still the same. Sometimes I get an error: "Connection to the server lost," something like that. What can I do on my side to be able to play? Many times after trying, the app crashes or freezes in the lobby for a minute or 2Blurry graphics when running 120 hertz on ps5
Whenever I’m using the performance mode on apex my graphics turn super blurry and the gameplay is delayed. I know it’s not my monitor at all because when I turn the performance mode off I’m running 4k and it looks perfect but it’s always super blurry and pixelated when performance mode is on, it’s quite frankly unplayable at some points. PLEASE FIX IT!! It’s been like these for ages now
Bans caused by false anti-cheat flags while having connection issues to servers
I believe that there is a problem happening in apex at the moment that involves the anti-cheat flagging people falsely for reasons like connections to the server and reconnecting to them after being disconnectedand then banning them for the reason of "Gameplay Enhancement" . A previous pro player Edam_FPS was recently banned twice and unbanned twice for the same reasons. i believe other people as far back as 2 months have been experiencing this issue and im unsure if EA or Respawn have any knowledge of its case. I was falsely banned myself on the 21st of Jan while i was in the firing range after a tdm match, i was simply aim training when the ban occured and the only things that i had open/used at the time of me playing was "Crosshair X", Steam Launcher settings: -dev -console -preload -novid -cl_forcepreload -high -fullscreen +fps_max 180 +mat_letterbox_aspectgoal 0 +mat_letterbox_aspect_threshold 0 +building_cubemaps 1 +cl_fovscale 1.7 i also had Aimlabs open at the time of the ban but ive used both apps before simultaneously and have had no issues prior. I have also used exitlag in the past with no issues of conflict with apex. I have already submitted my appeal from the ban but i am making this post to highlight the issue that many other players maybe experiencing at this time. i cannot account for their personal interactions with the game but the frequency and timings make it likely that others maybe getting falsely banned in the same manner.Unfair game penalty
Abandoned game penalty the game crash in middle of a fight and it forced kicked me out when I tried log in I get an automated penalty happened more than 3 times this week what’s going on and EA HAS THIS ABSURD WAY OF NOT HELPING OR CORRECTING THIS ISSUE AND IM FORCED TO FINE A WAY TO COMPLAINED BUT NOT GET ACTUAL HELP overall this is bull
