Wrongly penalized due to server issues
Hello, I was recently disconnected from a ranked game due to Apex Legends server issues. I did not quit or leave the game intentionally, but I still received a 10-minute abandonment penalty and lost RP. Please investigate and restore the lost RP if possible. Thank you.
Shields are FOREVER.
I've found that as of late I keep having to break enemies shields or at least I hear the audio queue of rapidly breaking shields 3 different times when knocking someone. Then i hear it another 2 or 3 times when they're down and they finally die completely as if storm knocked them with full shield. Which may also be a bug. I'm not sure if I'm actually having to do extra damage, but I sporadically hear glass break over and over and over again every fight while shooting someone is definitely some sort of audio bug. It started with this update that broke the trees on BM as well. It's mainly on KC. But also bugs WE at times. The other bug I've mentioned above is if someone is knocked by the zone damage they still keep they're shield when they're down. Idk if this is meant to be or not but it seems like an audio bug.Packet loss Bug
Recently since the update I’ve been having games where everything is going fine then unexpectedly I get packet loss/packet burst in my match that goes up and down from 1-32 packet loss throughout the rest of the match. It completely becomes unplayable. I have tried restarting the game when I have a chance and every time I do the game does not allow me to reconnect into my game and end up losing RP. It happens a lot. I have really good internet and tried everything to fix it. It seems to be a server bug or something. I’ve lost over 1k rp due to this
Lag any time I am in a lobby over 40 players
So this issue only happens on my xbox when I am in a lobby that has more than 40 players in it. To confirm it was a specific issue I played other battle royals and even apex on other systems and it doesn't appear. But about a week ago now after split 2 went live any time I join a lobby that has more than 40 players in it the game gives me packet loss and extreme lag because of it. But my question is what is causing the issue. If it was happening all over the place I could understand, but with there being very specific criteria for it to happen it just confuses me. Does anyone know of a fix or if it is a known issue because it makes the game unplayable until there are less than 40 players.New mouse bug
The bug: I have steady 156 fps and my mouse starts lagging like skipping frames like its at 5fps.I have done everything i could reinstalled game, mouse software updated everything drivers too.Only happens in apex so i know its not the mouse's fault.I use a glorious d2 pro 1k polling.Doesn't matter if its plugged in or not. It occurs every 2-3 games and I have to fully restart the game for it to fix itself. This started happening like a 2 weeks ago or like ever since the last update. I attached a video, it may not look like much on video but in game its completely unplayable.
