Apex Legends Ranks

I was unable to connect to the server for a while. (I believe this has been fixed. 2/25/2025)

I was finally able to connect to the server and went into ranked game. After the game ended, I realised my rank got reset down to Rookie 4. I should be in Gold 2 or 1.

I hope this gets fixed as soon as possible!! Thank you!!
