Missing P2020 BP Skin
What platform are you playing on? PC Origin ID / Gamertag / PSN Jemzx What were you doing leading up to the issue? I was checking my skins on the P2020 and I noticed that I only had 1 reactive skin. There should be 2, I'm missing the Pink Purr. Can you reproduce it? What are the steps? I'm not entirely sure how to reproduce it but there are alot of people that had reported this but there was no action taken in order to fix it. PC players - provide hardware specs, OS version and GPU driver version. i9-14900K, 32 GB Ram, RTX 3080 (Latest Drivers), Windows 11. If possible, it’s great if you can capture a screenshot / picture or video. Attached.
account progress lost
a couple of years back i unliked my PlayStation account from ea and dint play apex for a couple of years now that i wanted to play the game again i hoped back on my old account where i have all my progress so i thought i come to realize that all my progress is gone i contacted support an they said it was a bug is there any was i could get my progress back?
Can't get all the items from the current themed packs (Loba, Ash)
At the beginning of the 25 season there were a lot of game crushes (Playstation). I purchased the current themed packs between these crashes. I bought all the 10 packs from the Ash collection, but didn't manage to get all the items. There's still 2 items (the skin of R-45 and the Holo) left locked, but I can't buy packs anymore. Instead - I got some completely random additional items from the "?" packs. It also shows that I collected 1/10 of the items (when I actually purchased 10 packs and got the "title" skin). The similar thing happened to the Loba packs. I bought a few (3-4) and stopped doing it after receiving these annoying random items. The "items owned" meter shows 0/10. ps: these themed packs were better when they were just introduced. There were no of these "?" packs, so a buyer had better chances to get items that he missed. Also, it looks like it was possible to win the title skin just for 100 AC or from the second-third attempt. I'm not sure, but looks like now it's impossible, so to get the title skin you should buy 10 packs. This is a bit annoying and less user-friendly because you can't try to "win" the desired skin anymore from the first few packs.
Prestige skin execution animation conflicts with normal execution animation
I have a red skin for Mirage and have unlocked the execution animation, but once I install this execution animation, the execution animations of other normal skins will return to the default version; once I install other execution animations for normal skins, the special execution animations of red quality skins will be replaced Lifeline's red quality skin also has this problem
6th Anniversary prize tracker - Didn't receive (can't equip) a reward
Hi. Yesterday I finished 6th Anniversary prize tracker, but didn't receive (can't equip) last two rewards: Green screen (Valkyrie skin) Fun-damentals (Universal banner) Despite check marks they are not available to equip. As an example (Screenshot_983) Wallflower (Newcastle skin) is received and available to equip. Came back today and the last rewards are still not available. Respawn, please fix. :)
