Rank distribution is not accurate
Hello, I am a platinum 2 ranked player, but for some reason I have masters, & predators in my ranked lobbies? How is this possible? I thought ranked only allowed for 1 rank division above at most to be placed in a lobby with you. Meaning I should either have golds or diamonds in my lobbies? This makes the experience absolutely horrible for casual players. I understand queue times may be longer for higher level players. If they don't want to wait for people to join the queue at their rank. Make them go play unranked. Lower level ranked players should not be thrown in the lobbies with 2+ ranks above them. It's an absolute slaughter & on top of this the -RP lost is ridiculous. If you don't change the way the rank queue works, at least make it so people 2+ ranks below players don't lose RP. (For instance, Platinum players shouldn't lose RP, if there are master or Predator players in their lobbies.) If this isn't possible, then it must be possible to make it so if a Platinum player is killed by master or predator they don't lose RP at minimum. Thank you!My whole Apex Legends account reset
My whole gaming account on Apex Legends got reset. All the skin I have either bought or got from opening packs are gone, all my apex coins I have ever spend are back in my wallet, all my crafting shards were reset, all the packs I have ever opened were reset and refunded to me, my level got reset back to Level 1. I have lost the skins and banners I had to pay for My level only returned to its original state after I leveled up one time but everything else never returned to me, all my cosmetics for the legends are gone. This has made me quit the game because all that I have worked for since day 1 of apex have been taken from me as if it was never there except for my level But I would still like to report this bug so people know its a thing and it can be fixed and some compensation would be nice Thank you and have a pleasant day
Penalty appeal page error: Case not created, cannot submit ban appeal
Hello, When I try to submit my Apex Legends ban appeal from the penalty‑history page, the website shows Case not created. It says there is an issue processing my case and asks me to try again hours later. I am unable to open an official support ticket for my wrongful ban because of this website error. My EA ID: AromanticYQ Platform: Steam Could the team fix this appeal system issue so I can submit my formal review request? Thank you.
Revived Bug / Unable to Drop Stuff
When having this issue I encountered, I don't know fully on how I caused it?- my teammates said it could have been when grabbing my card, my other teammate grabbed my card another way?- Because they were playing Alter & Loba, could have been something with their ability/passive? I was queued up with friends for a ranked game and bought apex coins while waiting in queue. The initial purchase of the coins went through, and were in my wallet prior to joining the game. While mid ranked match my internet went out only for a brief moment, not even totally kick offline. I was unable to reconnect to the ranked match even though my friends said my character was still in game and tried restarting twice. Once I got the abandonment penalty for something that is not my fault, I realized that all the apex coins I literally had just bought were all gone. I dont know why my apex wallet would be connected through a system like that where the purchase was minutes prior and losing connection would make it disappear but since the game couldn't even recognize i was in a ranked game no wonder my apex coins are gone. Thanks a lot and hope this gets fixed soon. This is unacceptable for a game like this to kick me from my game and take my money with nothing in return.Cross-Progression: Wrong primary account selected (PS4 level was higher)
Hello,I am writing to report a major issue with my Cross-Progression. My PS4 and PC accounts have always been linked to the exact same EA email address.My PS4 account was a significantly higher level and should have been automatically selected as my Primary Account according to EA's official guidelines. However, the system bugged out: it incorrectly set my PC account as the primary one.As a result, the system successfully merged my cosmetics—I can see and equip my PS4 Predator charms and holosprays while playing on PC. However, my account level, match stats, and most importantly, my Predator badges from the PS4 were completely replaced by the lower stats of my PC account.Since having the Predator holosprays/charms in my current inventory is irrefutable proof that I achieved that rank on my PS4 account, I kindly request a community manager or specialist to look into my account database and help me restore my missing badges and correct account level.Thank you for your support.
Player model flashes blocking screen when moving‑healing or switching heals
Platform: PC Steam Bug: Player character model flashes and instantly blocks the whole screen when healing during movement, and when switching different heal items. The glitch occurs on the first healing state. Reproduce steps: Start healing while moving, or switch between different heal supplies. The character model pops up and covers the screen for 0.3‑0.8 seconds, then returns to normal. This bug triggers when healing on‑move or switching healing items. Standing still healing hardly reproduces this issue. Settings: Borderless window, native resolution, Async‑compute setting: default No network problem, purely local client animation glitch.
