Apex Legends Account Progress Lost
Hello EA Support Team, I am reporting an issue with my Apex Legends account where all of my progress has been reset. I play on PC and have spent 200+ hours in the game. Around 5 months ago, I noticed that all my unlocked legends, skins, and earned items were missing. Since then, my progress has not been restored despite regular logins. S27 Split 1 Badge - lvl 100 error?!
I completed the Amped Season 27 - Split 1 badge just as the servers went down. Upon the Split 2 servers being available it would seem the servers never saved my progression and the badge bugged. I reported to support who agreed it was a bug and reported it so., however after the most recent update patch the badge is still bugged. Upon speaking to support today they said to record my issue here. Thanks for taking the time to read this and look forward to assisting with fixing this issue.Triple Threat Badge Not Rewarded
I did not receive the tripe threat badge after wiping all 3 members of 3 squads in a game of unranked trios (not an LTM). I have tried restarting the game and my console multiple times, but the badge will not appear. The match ID for this game was 16045689976538608970. This game occurred sometime around 10:00-10:45 PST. I believe the Data Center was us-west-2. I was playing on the character Bangalore and the map was Storm Point. I have included an image of my final stats from this game. Unfortunately, this is all of the proof I have. I am 100% positive that I wiped all three members of three different squads during this game, as I verified in the kill feed during the match. Furthermore, I only had one teammate for the duration of the game, and I had a total of 13 kills. Please grant me this badge. I have been playing this game since release, and am a big fan, and this badge would mean a lot.Ranked Challenge Bug
I am newer to the game, and have been working on the road to ranked challenges. I have encountered an issue with one of the challenges. It requires me to "Craft 5 times at a replicator" in the Battle Royale Mode. I have utilized the replicator to craft items countless times, but the challenge still says 0/5. I believe other people have had this issue as well. I have tried crafting in Duos, Trios, etc. My IGN is jit_trippinMissing legends?
Recently reinstalled the game after not playing for a few years and I'm missing a bunch of my stuff. I'm still at the same level and have my old weapon skins, but I'm missing a bunch of my legends and some of their skins. I know I used to have revenant and octane, and maybe others, but now I've lost everyone.Ranked objetives bug
Hello, I am currently completing the challenges required to unlock Ranked mode. I only have one challenge left: recover 500 shield. However, no matter what I do, the progress stays at 0. I have tried using different legends and playing in different game modes, but it never increases. I have been stuck on this for two days now and I am unable to unlock Ranked mode because of this issue. Could you please help me resolve this problem? Thank you.What do I do to fix this or who do I speak to?
I am trying to report a bug with the Ranked Ladder Challenge tracker. I finished the most recent weekend ladder in #5 place (Tier 1). I successfully received the 3 Apex Packs and I forgot what amount of Battle Stars and crafting materials reward for this placement, which proves I reached the 'Ladder Champion' tier. However, the in-game challenge tracker is still stuck at 1/2 and did not increment. Since I have met the Top 10% requirement for the second time, I should have the Ladder Champion Dive Trail unlocked. I've also done the handshake technique and it hasn't refreshed anything, I've checked my inventory it's not in there either. I forgot to take a screenshot of my placement though I have a screenshot of my 1/2 completion that hasn't changed. This isn't the first time either it's been like this since last year. I place top 10% every ranked ladder challenge, and it never updates.
No Progress Update for Ranked Ladder Champion Challenge
I had a progress of 1/3 in the "Earn Ranked Ladder Champion 3 Times in 1 Ranked Split" before the last weekend (22nd august to 24th) for the current split! I grinded the named weekend as well and landed in tier one aka Ladder Champion again, but when i checked the ranked challenges tab after the ranked ladder concluded the progress didnt increase to 2/3 as it should, it was still only on 1/3 despite having clearly been one of the Ladder champion again. I checked again after a couple of hours and checked today too and it still hasn't updated. I included a screenshot of me (here in the screenshot as only "Sero" since i use Apex on Steam) with the timestamp in CEST time. I hope that gets fixed asap and maybe i get the progress i should be getting too, because it's really unrewarding and annoying spending a whole weekend grinding games to get to ladder champion and the system just straight up doesn't count it.
Support Class Welcome Challenges
Challenge: As a Support Legend open the Map locate an Extended Supply Bin and ping it in 2 Different matches Issue: I’ve now spent multiple hours changing between multiple support legends pinging every extended supply bin in the game and not one of them have tracked. I’ve restarted my console and game so many times and yet still nothing changes. Very aggravating!!
