Retro packs not tracking progess
I didn't own any of the system override event items until I started to buy the octane retro packs, I bought 18 of them before I noticed the heirloom progress wasn't tracking, after that I started to get random event items dispute not owning any of the remaining override rewards, if it was just a visual bug I would've just gotten more override stuff but instead I got a random prowler skin from season 14 upon opening another pack8Views0likes0CommentsUnable to Complete Parental Verification
Hello, I am encountering an issue with Apex Legends on Nintendo Switch. My EA account is set as an adult account, and it’s linked to my Nintendo account. I’ve had parental controls enabled on my Nintendo account for five years. When I try to play Apex Legends on Switch, I receive a message stating that “a parent or guardian must verify the account.” However, there’s no option to enter an email address, so I’m unable to complete the verification process. I suspect this might be a bug. Does anyone know how to fix this or what steps I can take to resolve the verification issue? i have 1 736 hours in this game on ps4 and my account has been fully reset after the season 25 split. all my legends, tokens, coins and heirloom are all gone. its like i have a brand new account. Couldn't activate my apex since yesterday, every time I enter the lobby, the system starts lagging and kick me out every single time, it keeps sowing "unable to process the anti cheat/couldn't connect to the EA server, after that, I try to check weather it happens bcuz of steam, I even reinstall Apex, but unfortunately it didn't work. In order to solve the issue, I contact the customer service, they offered me a solution Step1. Uninstall the anti cheat. Step2. Activate something called security boot. So my account (this account) that I have used since 2016 and have mostly played apex legends and other ea games on Xbox. I recently got a gaming pc setup and can now play on pc, I tried to link my Steam account to my Xbox account so I could have all of my progress and skins and whatnot but a account that I don’t even know at all or ever had any relation to was linked to my account and when I tried to link my steam account which I have had for a long time too, it won’t let me.
