Account level reset and missing level rewards.
Hello, my account level has been reset and I do not receive any rewards for leveling up my account. I have started playing on this account around when Apex released, back when the game was available on Origin. When I stopped playing Apex (not sure of exact date/time) I am sure my account level was 100+, and in provided screenshot in EA app you can see I have at least 352 hours in the game. I wanted to get back to Apex around April 2024 on EA app. That's when I first noticed the level was reset but didn't make much of it because I again shelved the game until now. Now I dowloaded the game via Steam, gained a few levels and noticed that I can't receive any rewards for leveling the account. For example on provided screenshots you can see the balance of "Legend Tokens" does not change between levels 11 and 12. I don't think I lost any weapon/legend skins from what I can remember. This is the only account I have ever played Apex on.
Unable to Requeue
Eveytime I return to lobby after a match, both with squad or solo queue, the game won’t allow me to requeue and play another game. The only temporary solution I have found is leaving my squad and getting invited again, or closing the application and reopening it. Okay I've been really trying to get to a gold rank and the last time I played I was half way to Silver I. Now I just open the game today and all of a sudden I reverted back to a Silver IV. This is a really frustrating. I think this is not the first time something like this has happened but I thought I was just tripping it first now I know for sure. What's up with this is this a bug or something? Can it be fixed?Assault Class Passive Bug – Not Working in Mixtape & Wildcard
Hi Team, This is my first time reporting a bug, so apologies if I’m missing something. I believe the Assault class passive is not working correctly in Mixtape and Wildcard modes. I main Bangalore, and whenever I play her in these modes, the passive (auto-reload on weapon swap, similar to gold mag) does not activate. It works fine in standard BR, but seems disabled or bugged in Mixtape/Wildcard. Could you please check and confirm if this is intentional or a bug? Hi everyone, this is my second post in a short time, but I need help. I had 150 hairloom shards, this is my 6th or 7th heirloom. I was saving them for two katanas or a mythical skin for Flatline. But when my friend came over and played games while I was busy, this idiot bought me a Wraith recolor kunai (This ****** also plays Apex). I'm asking you very very much, if there's any way, take the second kunai from me and give me back my hairlooms, I don't need two kunai :(((

I play on PC via Steam. After the end of Season 25, participants in ranked matches were given auras. Mine, unfortunately, does not correspond to the level at which I finished Season 25. Missing purchased coins
I bought for 19.99 euros 2.150 Apex coins for the first time. The first time offer in the shop stated, because it was my first time purchasing coins, I will get bonus ones. 1000 additionally to be exact. But these Additional coins were not added to my total coins, even though they were promised. Even after repairing the game and restarting it twice. I also got an E-Mail verifying my purchase. I want to request my additional 1000 Apex coins for I have purchased them within. Preferebly within this week because of the reset of the shop next week.Mirage doesn't receive EVO points from teammates' interactions.
Mirage does not receive EVO points that other legends receive when teammates interact with the following: assault bins, support bins, ring consoles, recon beacon, and scanned care package. Every match, teammates achieve blue EVO shield while Mirage's is still white. This has been consistent for the last week (possibly longer... I took a break from playing him). Things that Mirage does get EVO points for: an EVO Harvester gathered by any legend, a support bin opened by Mirage himself (but not by other legends), interactions with bins/beacons/care packs that correspond to a teammate's class (e.g. scanning a ring console when there is a controller legend on the team), a teammate opening a care package, and all battle-related actions (e.g., a teammate getting a knock or respawning a third).
