Wildcard mode sudden delay error
I'm reporting a bug that only occurs in Wildcard mode. During matches, network lag occurs randomly and frequently, specifically a sudden increase in latency from 30ms to around 200ms, accompanied by about a one-second screen freeze and pop-up icons for UCMD delay, Lag Compensation, congestion, etc. I found other players online with the same problem, and their solution was to disable computer Ram Expo. I tried that, but the bug persists. It only happens in Wildcard mode and severely impacts gameplay. Below are my computer specs and a video link showing the problem. My road to ranked challange trial hasnt been progressing and its stuck at the challenge for „get 3 knockdowns with pistols“ this is super annoying and everything I do i cant finish the quest it just does not progress I even have 13 pistol kills on wattson alone. please help me fix this issue (: !!!Missing Legend Content on Steam — Ash Locked Despite Prior Unlock
I have a serious issue in Apex Legends (Steam version) regarding the legend Ash. I unlocked Ash with Legend Tokens when she was released. She was fully playable for multiple seasons, and all purchased skins remain in my account. As of today, Ash is completely locked, and I cannot unlock her again using either Legend Tokens or Apex Coins. This is clearly a missing content or technical issue, not a "limited-time promotion" as EA support claims. Support staff repeatedly told me that this was a promotion item and cannot be restored, despite evidence showing I was using Ash for several seasons. I have screenshots showing Ash being used previously and demand a clear explanation and a concrete method to unlock her again. EA support has refused to escalate this to the technical team. I am posting here to see if other players are experiencing the same issue. Has anyone else had a legend disappear or become unplayable despite being previously unlocked? This is unacceptable, and I expect urgent attention from the community or EA staff.Dropped a Rank after update
After the Olympus Winter wildcard update went through, I was dropped one whole rank level. Closed the game in Plat 3, opened it and now I'm in Plat 4. Wouldn't bother me too much if I hadn't been closing in on Plat 2. Now I'm numerous hours behind where I was. Glad to see I'm not the only person reporting this issue.
