Battle Pass rewards missing after purchase anyone experienced this before?
Hi everyone, I’m posting here because I’m really stuck and hoping someone can help or share a similar experience. I purchased the Apex Legends Battle Pass, payment went through successfully, and the Battle Pass is active. However, none of the rewards I earn are being added to my account. I’ve progressed to Battle Pass Level 30, but all unlocked items and loot are missing and unusable. I already contacted EA Support. During the process, I was redirected to two different support agents, and I’ve now been waiting 4 days without any solution. In total, this issue has been going on for 8 days since the purchase, and nothing has changed. At this point, I’ve paid for content and invested time leveling up, but I can’t access any of the Battle Pass rewards I earned. It feels like my account is bugged or not syncing properly. Has anyone else experienced this issue before? If yes, how was it resolved? Is there anything specific I should do to fix this or push support to take action? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
6th Anniversary prize tracker - Didn't receive (can't equip) a reward
Hi. Yesterday I finished 6th Anniversary prize tracker, but didn't receive (can't equip) last two rewards: Green screen (Valkyrie skin) Fun-damentals (Universal banner) Despite check marks they are not available to equip. As an example (Screenshot_983) Wallflower (Newcastle skin) is received and available to equip. Came back today and the last rewards are still not available. Respawn, please fix. :)
Please do something with the Game
Guys, I don't want to offend anybody, but I haven't been playing the game for 12 to 18 months. I've reinstalled, and I saw that now, there is a cloged messed up interface. The main menu and things you can do , is worst than ever. It was so awesome, like the old good times, like in 2023. Simple, straight, very easy to find and to do everything. Inside the game.... Movement has changed in a bad way, small changes but obvious. Now is not a big difference between normal walk, and running. Weapons mechanics and everything regarding how weapons works. You've changed the loot on the map, now you are forcing me, to jump in places where I don't like, just to be able to find, in a way of speaking , the desired loot and weapons... Experience is worst than ever. Every change you've made, can be seen in the statistics... The number of players now, are the numbers from the beggining of the Apex Legens, until the summer of 2021. You are loosing a lot of players..... and now you are at less than half of the players from 2023. Please revert the changes, and give us back , the joy and the good experience from 2022- to spring 2024. Best game ever in that period, and everything was so awesome, fun, and the experience was incredible... Have a great Christmas, and a New Year with all the best for all of you and your families ! Missing founders edition Items
I purchased the founders edition a while ago on xbox but the items from the pack get lost in cross progression: When playing on my xbox all the items are there with no problems, but when playing on playstation (which is my main console now and has been for the last 2 years) only the founders badge is transfered across. This means I cant see or use the Hemlock skin, founders frames, and founders skins that came with it. I have tried favoriting/equipping the skins on my xbox but when I switch back to playstation they are nowhere to be seen and my banner is reset to the default banner. This is a real pain becasue they are some of the coolest skins and banners in the game and it sucks them being platform locked. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.Bangalore Smoke Grenade Bugged!
Bangalore's smoke grenade isn't doing any damage for some reason. I have a challenge to hit enemies with her smoke grenade, and can't finish her spotlight pass without it. I've tried shooting people directly with the tactical, and even aiming it to the side a bit to hit them with one of the three smoke bombs that come out. Nothing works. Went to the firing range to make sure I wasn't just trash, and it didn't work on dummies either. Clip attached below. Please fix asap!Wildcard mode sudden delay error
I'm reporting a bug that only occurs in Wildcard mode. During matches, network lag occurs randomly and frequently, specifically a sudden increase in latency from 30ms to around 200ms, accompanied by about a one-second screen freeze and pop-up icons for UCMD delay, Lag Compensation, congestion, etc. I found other players online with the same problem, and their solution was to disable computer Ram Expo. I tried that, but the bug persists. It only happens in Wildcard mode and severely impacts gameplay. Below are my computer specs and a video link showing the problem. My road to ranked challange trial hasnt been progressing and its stuck at the challenge for „get 3 knockdowns with pistols“ this is super annoying and everything I do i cant finish the quest it just does not progress I even have 13 pistol kills on wattson alone. please help me fix this issue (: !!!
