Ash Spotlight pass
I bought the spotlight pass yesterday and i was close to finishing it (needed 1 more match as ash, like 2 more top 10 finishes, and 2 more for the weapon attachment challenge), until it reset my progress to zero on all 3 stats. I tried playing multiple matches, resetting my ps5, closing out the game multiple times but nothing worked. I’m not sure what the cause of this could be but it’s starting to irritate me considering i spent money and time on this. Ea if you can, please try and fix this. Thanks 🙏
Ash Still Locked (Please Help)
I have been trying to get the attention of literally anyone at EA regarding a bug I have had for over a year. The game registers Ash as locked and it doesn't allow me to unlock her. I got her when she came out and I own multiple legendary skins for her, I actually just got the gold one from the latest event, now can’t use:(. The game just doesn't allow me to play her. When I click on unlock there is nowhere to even spend legend tokens to get her back,I even tried to get my husband to gift it to me but no such luck. I can literally prove I owned her as I have skins, trackers showing her kills etc. Every attempt I have made to contact EA support, or anyone has just led me in a circle promising something would be done. Even so much so that they asked me to make a report and try to get upvotes. It is now the new season, and it still not fixed. Can anyone help?
No Level Tokens Though I'm level 60
I am level 60 and only have 10,000 legend tokens and 7 characters. Because of how high-level I am, it is so hard to unlock any legends. I have no idea where the tokens are. I've had this game forever and haven't played in a while, but I'd like to unlock characters. It is impossible to make a ticket for this because EA refuses to help its customers in any way whatsoever. Please give me the tokens I've accrued from playing this game so I can try out new characters.
Battle Pass Issue
So back in season 21 of Apex, Just 1 season before the Battle Pass was split into 2 different battle passes per season, Anyways before i got the battle pass i got too level 9 in that season and then i bought the pass and i ended that season at level 59. There was a few cosmetics i got that i use alot one being the Void Witch Catalyst Skin you would get at level 50 Fast Foward a year or so later it's season 29 and i go too check my badges and see my level is now 9, Which is what it was before i got the pass in season 21 I tried everything too see if it was a glitch which it is but it's not been fixed yet and i wonder if anyone else is or has had the same issue. The skin means alot too me and i know it's just a skin but how would you feel if the progress just is gone.Still not getting Heirloom
Hi :)! Hope y'all have a good day! Just writing this message coz I'm still not getting any heirloom on my since day 1 account :(. I truly love this game, it's just sad that I see many people that they even getting many heirlooms in their smurf accounts. Mine still doesn't have any even if I'm playing it always. Please give me a chance to get a heirloom :(.
