Disconnected from ranked and lost RP

Bangalore Smoke Grenade Bugged!
Bangalore's smoke grenade isn't doing any damage for some reason. I have a challenge to hit enemies with her smoke grenade, and can't finish her spotlight pass without it. I've tried shooting people directly with the tactical, and even aiming it to the side a bit to hit them with one of the three smoke bombs that come out. Nothing works. Went to the firing range to make sure I wasn't just trash, and it didn't work on dummies either. Clip attached below. Please fix asap!
Server Crash/ Ranked Penalty
I'd recently played a ranked match with my friend, just for the match to stop and lag out suddenly. My friend also experienced the same lag, then the servers crashed, and I was unable to rejoin because the game had apparently ended. Also, I had gotten a penalty time and lost RP due to being ranked.534 Apex Packs no shards?
Hello! I recently reached and even exceeded the number of Apex Packs where heirloom shards are supposed to be guaranteed with the number being 534, yet I still haven’t received them. I am aware of the mistakes or miscalculations. I’ve been playing for several years and have purchased well over 100 packs along with several battle passes, I even have the receipts to prove so. Even with a margin of error I would still be well over past the 500-pack threshold. I’d really appreciate it if you could take a moment to review my account so if possible please respond within a well reasoned amount of time. I’ve recently just noticed that the octane stim distance traveled tracker has been stuck at the same number the last 20-30 games. No matter how many times I restart my game or switch to a different game mode the game is not counting my stim distance please fix this EA.Missing Valkyrie
After one game legend Valkyrie just disappeared. I didn't play her much before bug. About 9 days ago I reported missing content in help ea. I created report and even chat with counselor. He said that you will do something about this. Yesterday great firm ea just closed my report without any problem solution and ofc no info. Please great creators of this excellent game can you behave properly and give back my Valk or add legend credits? Is this that hard to care about your players? I bought Valk for legends credits but what if someone spent their real money for her and just lost her? I want to add that I'm not a free2play player...
