game crashed, reconnected but still lost the rp.
My rank game crashed and I was still able to reconnect to the game. at the end of the game we still won and my rp clearly went up but when I lost my next game I lost all the rp I had from the previous game that we won that crashed. What can I do to get my rp back?
Issue with Ranked Aura
There is a bug with the ranked aura where the red indicator will not go away. Clicking on it, marking it as seen, and having it equipped will make it go away temporarily, but after every match or sign on, the red indicator will come back. I checked it, and it seems that the aura repeatedly switches between rookie rank and my actual rank, which may be the reason the red indicator keeps showing up.Unfair Ranked matches
Two times in NA servers now I have queued solo in ranked and been assigned one other random as a teammate, we were given no third teammate!!!. The match started with ONLY us two no THIRD. We obviously died almost immediately in both matches and I lost the full amount of RP. This seems extremely unfair for a ranked match! I can understand in non-ranked trios but in ranked?? It's absolutely bonkers to me that you guys allow a game to start in ranked without filling all the teams, especially when the other teams did have a full squad!!! I am extremely frustrated with this. It's one thing for this to happen in trios non-ranked, but this to be allowed in ranked is so unfair! Not to mention the fact that I lost all that RP in both those matches!! Please change this!!!My entire day 1 account is gone
I have jumped on my ps5 today opened Apex and it has forced me to create and link an EA account i have then done everything it has forced me to do because it wouldnt let me continue without it once i had done this my entire account was gone my account ive had since season 1 ive spent thousands of dollars and had 4 heirlooms i legit spent $100 a couple days ago now its all gone im literally gonna have a bath with my toaster if this doesnt get fixed
Cross progression bug
Hello, I started playing apex legends on my ps4 in 2020, I had a lot of progress and purchases on my ps4 account. Then I wanted to start playing on PC and I didn't even know what cross progression was I thought it would be like fortnite where you can just switch consoles and stuff but I learned quickly there was no cross progression so, I just played very little on a different brand new account. Then, when I heard cross progression came I logged on trying to see it work out but then I loaded up and saw the same brand new low level account, not the one from my ps4 I was expecting. Someone from EA support was able to find out I unlinked my account in 2023 and relinked it to a different EA account. This is surely why I lost all of my stuff from my original account I used to play on ps4 in 2020. I went on my ps4 and saw that all my stuff was gone even on console, it actually showed the new account I played on pc before cross progression. I just want to get my original stuff back and I was told by someone from EA support the best chance I have at getting my stuff back is to relink the original ps4 account to the original EA account. Did anyone have any success doing this; is there any way to for sure get my progress back? I know now that there was a disclaimer saying there was a risk when unlinked accounts, it was my mistake for not paying attention to that. Thank you allAccount error looking for help
So my account had no issues until the past 2 months or so, where it stoped showing my progress and banners to my friends, they told me it shows a bangalore Rookie level 1 and sometimes couldnt join or invite me, this error caused a confusion when a friend tried to gift me the season 29 battlepass and instead gifted to my alt pc account (they have the same pc/xbox name) and when i get enough apex coins my original account doesnt show in the friends list and when i look for it as a online xbox friend shows as a Rookie lvl 1 (im pred rn). This also causes that i cant see my progress on the apex leaderboards page and all that information. PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS 🙏🏻
