After purchasing a bundle of 100 Apex Packs for 6700 Apex Coins in Apex Legends, I encountered a server error while opening them. After returning to the game, all packs disappeared, no rewards were granted, and the Apex Coins were not refunded. platform pc

This just happened to me with 50 packs
i havent been refunded or anything no coins nothing
me too. Lost 35+- cases (don`t remember exactly) i can confirm the purchases with receipts
