I am writing to report a serious bug regarding my Apex Packs. I had saved up 100 packs and intended to open them in two batches of 50.
After opening the first 50, a bug occurred when I tried to open the remaining 50. The packs disappeared from my inventory, but I did not receive any rewards from them.
I received a reply from the official support team.
They told me:
"To better assist you, I am reporting this as a bug on your behalf. This will allow our game development team to investigate and work towards a resolution."
