I tried to open 35 packs spending 50k credits to get stuff from my wishlist, so when I tried to open them the app closed due to an error, when I opened the game back up I didn’t have the packs anymore and I checked if I had unlocked anything just in case the game had given me the stuff from the packs, but I didn’t. I wish I had the recording but due to the game stopping the recording when you start the app I couldn’t record anything at all.
Hey folks,
In these situations the contents of the packs are absolutely awarded, so fortunately nothing was lost here. Everything from the packs is immediately added to your account once you click to open them, even if you're not able to see the animation play out due to the server error.
The error may prevent the new item notifications, which means you won't have the red dots showing new items and may need to check through each Legend/Weapon to see what's new, however the content is not lost.
Please feel free to keep an eye on this page for further updates as we have them, thanks!

No, you're wrong. You know that a good item will drop when you open 100 packs. Even after checking every character and every weapon one by one, there were still old items.

Hey MV4Si,
I can understand confirming which items are new is very challenging with this issue, but the contents are absolutely being delivered to your account.
In your own video from an earlier post, you can see this most clearly by just keeping an eye on your Crafting Materials in the lobby. You have 345 prior to opening the packs, and even after the errors, have 1.46k on returning to the lobby.
The contents are being delivered, the new item notifications just do not appear in these situations. Thanks for the patience while we're looking into this.

So when we get this error, the only thing it gives us is crafting metal. Because someone who opens 50+50=100 packs should get a useful item, right? Also, this error has been around for months. During this time, instead of telling people, “You’ve received your items but just don’t know it,” you should have fixed this error. Because people keep getting this error. Thank you for taking the time.
