Apex Packs disappear when opening in bulk

Hey everyone,

Thanks for the reports to make sure this was on our radar. I've confirmed with a number of folks here on the forums that the contents are being delivered correctly, however when this error pops up it can prevent the new item notifications from appearing.

The contents of the packs are delivered immediately when you click to open them, even if you never even get to the opening animation. In this case it would just be a matter of looking through your Legends/Weapons to see what has been added, I'm afraid.

We're tracking this over on our Trello board here where the team has also confirmed contents are added to the account correctly in these situations. Please feel free to follow along for any other updates as we have them.
