Earlier today April 15,2026 I upgraded and tried to open 50 of the 89 apex packs on my account. The game decided to error simultaneously as I was opening the bundle. All of the rewards disappeared, nothing is new in my locker and it says I have 39 packs left. It would be really nice if someone could help me my player tag is For_a_Nickel.

Hey itsurhomie,
I've moved your post over to this thread where we're tracking the pack opening issue.
Fortunately you do still receive the contents of the packs as they're added to your account immediately upon being opened, it's just the item notifications themselves that won't appear in this situation.
We'll update this thread once we have any new details, thanks for hanging in there in the meantime.
Dang ok I hope you understand my confusion, and I know yall have a lot of content now it just really feels like everything was the same it was before.
