One more thing I'd like to add, as it's still unclear to me whether you're looking into this or if you're saying that even if you don't see it, we still received it. None of my other indicators, such as the Spark Bonus (open 10, get one free), changed after opening the 20 packs. They remained at 2/10 at the time and stayed that way until the weekly reset. I should also have received Crafting Material Shards for opening 20 packs, but this currency didn't change either, which would be extremely unlikely for my account. Furthermore, I haven't discovered any new skins or anything similar for my main characters to this day.
Is there no way to reverse the purchase in this situation? I get my Apex coins back and you return the delivered items (whatever they may be)
