I am experiencing an issue with Apex Packs on the PS4 version of Apex Legends. When I attempted to open the packs, a server error occurred, and I did not receive any rewards. Only the Apex Packs disappeared.
Since it appeared possible to open 20 packs at once, I opened 20 packs in a single batch. I repeated this process twice, but on both occasions, the packs vanished without granting any rewards. I have already restarted both the game and my PS4, but the missing packs and rewards have not been restored.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Fortunately, the contents of these packs are still added to your account immediately. The server error will prevent the notifications from appearing, but the actual contents of those packs are still provided.

When I open a pack, the Legend selection for the Legend Locker usually shows a slight red highlight, but this time it doesn’t appear at all. Also, during the current event where you get 1 free pack for every 10 packs opened, I didn’t receive that bonus pack either.
I’ve genuinely enjoyed playing Apex, so this situation — including EA’s response — is extremely disappointing.

Right Nobirukun_, the notifications (red dots) do not appear due to this bug, but you are still receiving the contents of the packs.
We're still looking into the issue, thanks for the patience in the meantime.
